The Waipouli Beach Resort is a new concept in luxury accommodations on the lush island of Kauai, Hawaii and is centrally located within easy reach to any area of the island. Great place to stay

Everything was clean and had everything you would need. The pools are great and the beach at the condo is beautiful. Check in was easy definitely recommend and will be back.

Wonderful Place

Had wonderful stay. Place was exactly as shown in listing and very clean. Large pool and hot tubs were so enjoyable to use. Beach was just across the lawn. Check in was easy as directed. Communication was good from host. Nice to have beach chairs and boogie board supplied. We will refer friends and return some time. Thank you!

Beautiful Resort

My husband, his sister and her husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely resort. This is a great location - beautiful beaches, nice pool and plenty of interesting shops and places to visit nearby. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. My only complaint would be the washer and dryer - they need to be replaced.

Fabulous Location

We are a family of 5 with kids ages 12-17 years old. The location of this resort and amenities was perfect as we took 3 days to adjust to the time difference from traveling. The 2-bedroom condo unit was spacious and well-stocked. The pool area was great and the sunrises were exceptional! There is a Safeway for groceries directly across the road that is an easy walk along with a Starbucks. Each day we were also lucky enough to see a monk sea sleeping on the beach. The location of this resort was a pleasant drive to the north shore to learn to surf at Hanalei Bay. We would definitely stay again and have great memories from this part of our trip!

Beautiful resort, Older Condos

We’ve been coming here since 2006 when it first opened up and I’m almost 100% positive we stayed in this same unit about 7 years ago (assume different owners). We’ve stayed at this resort about 5 times over the years but often in different units. The unit is getting older but still clean. I shared several feedback considerations with the owner who indicated it was appreciated. We booked this one because of the two double beds in the one room, and the larger outside table for our family. It’s a ground floor with no view but a quick walk to the pool or ocean. The groundskeepers do an amazing job of upkeep and the pool and common areas are top notch…still look and feel brand new. For the cost of the units, it’s probably time to start sprucing up (I believe the resort opened maybe 2005 so it’s 20 years old…time for new furnishings, paint, carpet, furniture, etcLove this island as always! .

Great place to stay

Very clean property, large space as listed. Communication with owner was great. Location was not facing the pool or ocean, but was not a big deal for us. The only negative: The AC unit was a little loud when it kicked on through out the night Great location, beautiful pool, very clean! Would absolutely stay again and would recommend for anyone to stay!

Property grounds were great, room was very clean and spacious, location of the hotel was distant to north and south shore. Grocery store and amenities across the street were very helpful. Lots of restaurants within 10 minute drive. would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in a Central Location

We were very impressed with Richie's condo at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo was spotless and had everything we could have needed, and then some!!. The location is a perfect central location for exploring the island, and it was also huge! We will definitely be back and will bring our grown children with us as there is more than enough room for all of us!

Family Favorite

So spacious, quiet and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Adult children had their own space and there was plenty of room to cook, play cards and hang out. We utilized the BBQ on the grounds for Christmas dinner. We have stayed in this complex before but not in a 2 bedroom. Just wonderful!

Very Nice!

This is a very nice property. Communication with Richie was excellent - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. The beach itself is not the absolute best for swimming or snorkeling, but the location is very close to other beaches that are. The place was very clean, and the beach equipment was as listed.

Great location

This was a great location with many amenities. Walking distance to beach, huge pool, supposedly there was a bar but never made it to it in time, parking was a bit funky but expected and free so we can’t complain. The condo itself did have a funky moist smell that we didn’t have at our other condo so that was a bit off… like maybe it was flooded and not properly drained and possibly mold in the walls? We saw a ton of little roaches in the bathroom and kitchen, we had to throw out some of our foods but I guess that’s expected. The bug guy never came back after we told him to come back after babies nap. The condo itself was roomy, the bathrooms were great, all in all would stay here again for a good rate.

Perfect location

We visited the Waipouli beach resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. Accompanying us were our two youngest boys (7-9). We all had a wonderful time. The room was exactly as pictured. Very roomy with comfortable beds, spa like bathrooms and a large kitchen. The fridge is huge and there is a seperate pantry closet for your dry goods. Everything you need for the beach is already in the room including snorkeling gear! There was ample storage for clothes, suitcases and inroom washer and dryer. There is a lovely little garden with fruit trees right outside everyroom of the condo. It felt very secluded and relaxing. The kids loved pretending it was a jungle. The resort has an amazing pool perfect for kids but still relaxing for adults! There is a lazy river with a waterfall cave, two slides, 3 hot tubs and even a beach entry with sand. There is a restaurant and bar conviently by the pool area. The drinks were really good. The beach was beautiful! There is a rock barrier that you can walk out on if you get up early enough for low tide. Lots of fish and crabs to see with the kids. Beautiful sunrises! There is a mountain view from the front of the resort thats gorgeous at sunset too! Across the street is a super market and ABC store. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The resort is located in a convient spot for lots of various scenic sites which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend*****
