Poised on top of a bluff overlooking the mighty Pacific Ocean, The Beach House Seal Rock is the perfect getaway for relaxation with family and friends or a romantic escape. You'll get a healthy dose of fresh sea air and enjoy expansive views of the coastline while sitting out on the stone patio that spans the entire front of the home. Just imagine enjoying a sip of Oregon wine at the "sunset bar" while watching the sun slowly sink into the ocean!

This cozy home offers comfort, charm and a welcoming ambiance that will draw you in! The wall of windows across the front of the home allows for spectacular views and plenty of natural light to enter into the open concept living area. Spend a stormy weekend reading and relaxing next to the gas fireplace or watch for whales and the soothing ebb and flow of the tides. The modern kitchen with quartz countertops and clean subway tile entice you to prepare fabulous meals and dine in while enjoying the view. The master bedroom is a peaceful and cozy sanctuary with a King bed and ensuite bath. There is also a private outdoor patio where the outdoors can be enjoyed without ever leaving the bedroom suite. A second bedroom and additional bath adds a serene vibe to this wonderful home.

Just steps to the neighborhood beach access, you will be able to enjoy miles of sandy beach. Explore charming beach towns in the central Oregon coast where you will find art galleries, restaurants and one of a kind shops. During low tide, explore Seal Rock State Park's interesting tide pools, just a short drive away. From lighthouses to forest trails and scenic lookouts, the list of activities and sights to enjoy is endless! This home has an external outlet for EV Charging. EV owners need to supply your own mobile charger and NEMA 14-50 plug ~ charge at no cost to you!

Sleeps up to 4 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Kings (1 King can be split into two twin beds with 72 hour prior notice), 2 baths.
Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced)

Amazing views!

This is a gem of a property. Darling 2 bed, 2 bath with a wall of windows facing the sea. Seems brand new. Nice patio overlooking the ocean with chairs and barbque. Warm fireplace inside with cozy chairs and nice touches.

Beautiful, quant coastal home

This property was smaller than expected but it is absolutely perfect for a small family. The view is amazing, the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so cute, close beac access, in good proximity to several coastal towns. I can't rave enough about this home.

Great experience!

This is a great place to stay! The home is beautiful, comfortable and very well stocked. The beach is fabulous, calm and almost empty, The home is in a small neighborhood, so it is not right on the highway like many of the properties. Communication was prompt and thorough. Fabulous stargazing at night due to the secluded location. I’d definitely stay again!

Honey Retreat

We rented this place knowing we were going to elope. It didn’t disappoint at all. Very clean and the windows were clean so we could enjoy the ocean view. We were excited that we saw whales the last day of our visit!

Amazing Romantic Getaway

Loved everything about this place. Beautiful views. Enjoyed just sitting outside and also watching sunsets from the windows. Beach was completely empty and we had total privacy for walks on the beach. Chilly for me but my husband thought was perfect.So much fun. Soft music playing when we walked in the door was so special. This was a 39 Year Anniversary Getaway for us. Very comfortable bed and lovely Kitchen to cook in too. Only would recommend small children maybe not stay as up on the bluff off the back might be not best for kiddos. I stayed there totally "unplugged" from work, all my Business and HOA committee work I do, no email, no texting, no News....was wonderful. Romantic getaway for sure. My husband says it was perfect too, and the roar of the ocean was unforgettable! Watching the crashing waves from the view from the place was wonderful!

Everything we needed and more!

Great location right on the beach and located close to many popular beaches, restaurants, the aquarium, lighthouses and trails. The house was everything promised and more. It was very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. There were many extras provided like pillows, blankets, quilts, beach chairs, beach towels, binoculars and everything you would need in a kitchen. Highly recommend this home! We had 11 great days there. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful, secluded house at the edge of beach front

The property was nice and outfitted with a full kitchen, including utensils, and appliances. The view is absolutely beautiful. Easy access to private beach. Our only complaint was that it was not very clean, personally the floors. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

Perfect Oregon Coast Getaway

WOW! We were absolutely thrilled with the Beach House at Seal Rock!!! We had crazy, stormy weather and the house was perfect for watching the wild surf roll in, playing games while the wind howled outside, cooking crab in the beautiful kitchen and sleeping soundly on comfy beds! During the lulls in the weather we walked the miles of beautiful, secluded beach and enjoyed an incredible sunrise while sipping coffee on the deck. The home has everything you could possible need - we can't wait to return!!!

Quiet private location with view

Just my wife and I were looking for a quiet and private location with oceanfront views for a quick couple of nights away. This certainly didn’t disappoint! Beach access 1-house down in small neighborhood without public beach access so it felt like you had the beach all to yourself if you wanted. House sits up on a small hill so it had a great view of a long portion of beach/ocean. We’d recommend this place to friends.

Loved the Beach House

The Beach House is in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view and easy beach access. The home was spotless and felt warm and welcoming without being overly cluttered. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The 5pm check-in time was the latest I’ve ever experienced, and was inconvenient for us. I’d suggest changing it to the more typical 4 pm. Other than that it was perfect. We hope to return.

All good except communication with property manager.

Property manager did not respond to calls and texts as he said he would. The gas stove was not working and ,he said he would see what could be done but didn't get back to us . Knives were missing, he said the last renter must have taken them. I said just so we don't get blamed for taking them, but got no answer, until at least a day later even though I texted and called several times . We had our own knives. I wasn't going to ask for any refund for the gas fireplace not working until he didn't get back to us, so when he offered a refund we accepted a $50 dollar and 75 cent refund for a 8 night $3400. stay. But overall it was a really nice place, mothing wrong with the place, just the management.
