In Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, this charming 18 m² flat, 30 metres from the beach, can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC.
The accommodation comprises :
- An 18 m² living room with TV, a dining area, a dining area and a double sofa bed.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, WC and washing machine
Outside :
A west-facing balcony (approx. 2 m²) with sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are nearby, shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Sailing club in summer
- Longe-côte (walking in the water)
- Fishing in autumn (prawns)
- Museums, Second World War monuments
- Art gallery, cinema
- Casino
- Tennis club, equestrian centre
- Thalasso at Luc-sur-Mer
