The Temps des Vacances agency is pleased to offer you for rent this superb, very spacious apartment, located in the HEART OF THE CITY CENTER, just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches of Bandol. The apartment benefits from AIR CONDITIONING as well as a GARAGE in the basement secured by an electric gate of the residence. Once parked, you can leave your vacation car alone. Absolutely everything can be done on foot! The rental is located on the 1st floor of 3. Residence with ELEVATOR. For the exteriors, you can enjoy 2 balconies/loggias with all the necessary furniture, as well as an electric barbecue available. Regarding the sleeping arrangements, the first bedroom has a 160x200 bed + dressing room, and the second a 160x200 bed + dressing room + a folding 80x190 bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster). For convenience, you will have a separate toilet, as well as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. This is the ideal rental to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, city entertainment and more! We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of €5 per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are for the most part in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe and why not access it from its cable car. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Bandol and Sanary are present every day, but you will find the large markets of Bandol on Tuesdays, Sanary on Wednesdays and Saint Cyr on Thursdays. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, snorkeling, jet skiing, parasailing, padel), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
