Starting the week of July 28, 2025, Raymond’s Painting, a licensed contractor, will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Please be advised that balcony access for this unit will be restricted from approximately October 16, 2025, to February 21, 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.
