Wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Place. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The balcony was key since we could send the kids to the pool and still watch them from the shaded balcony. We were sad to leave.

Perfect Girlfriends Trip!

There were 6 of us that stayed to celebrate our 60th birthday. We loved the balcony and view. It was also so nice to be able to walk to The Ritz and use their restaurants. Great place! Highly recommend!

Right next door to the Ritz. Close to the beach and right above pool!

3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great! Large living area and dining room with a nice patio overlooking the pool and beaches. Kitchen had every item you can think of including an instapot!

Relaxing Vacay in a Wonderful Location

The view from the porch is amazing and it is a short walk to the Ritz. The weather didn't totally cooperate, but it was still a very enjoyable girls' weekend. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. I can't think of anything that she hasn't thought about or provided in the condo. I would recommend this property.

Relax and explore

My husband and I hosted siblings, their spouses and our friends. We were there 3 weeks. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had a great porch with a direct view of the dunes and ocean. There was so much to explore in the downtown district with fabulous restaurants. No chain restaurants on this island! Weather the 1st week was windy and rainy but cleared up and warmed up for the next 2 weeks. The condo had the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in the dozens of vacation condos I’ve stayed at. Trish is so very helpful and quickly answered questions as needed. A wonderful time was had by all.

Fabulous family trip

Great condo for a family trip. Perfect location on the beach with tons of seashells and next door/walking distance to the Ritz restaurants. The condo came with many extras, including beach towels, basic beach chairs, stroller, etc. We rented chairs and an umbrella from Riptide; SunSetters was out of season during our stay, but since they're the official rental company for Ocean Place, Riptide could only deliver the rentals to the property line with the next door Surf & Racquet Club. Also there are luggage/grocery carts, but you may have to search for them in the stairwells. Lastly the required damage insurance was an unpleasant surprise when booking.

Excellent property!

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious accommodations, safe area, comfy beds and plenty of kitchen things for cooking. Outside deck was a highlight- spent hours there either working, relaxing, or watching the ocean. Had lunch out daily and decided to eat in for breakfast and dinner. Can recommend Salty Pelican, Salt Life Shack, and Down Under all for lunch.Harris Teeter grocery store is about a mile away and a great upscale place and you pay for the convenience but it is super close. We preordered a Walmart online pick up at the bigger Yulee location for basics to pick up on the way in our first day and that was a very good decision. Rented bikes from Riptide and they drop off and pick up which was very convenient. Our time there (early February) was super quiet with respect to neighbors-we never saw anyone near our unit but saw others while headed to the beach-everyone is very friendly and seem to love their community!

Nice property

The property was as described. The owner was always communicative in a timely manner. View was wonderful. Only issue was the maintenance work being done on the pool with jackhammers, saws and picks breaking up concrete right outside our condo. The noise for two days made it impossible to enjoy the balcony or even staying inside. This was outside of the owners control but it would have been appreciated if the management had made everyone aware the work was scheduled as we would have changed our dates as the goal was to enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. The owner was apologetic and compensated us for half a night's stay. We appreciated her understanding

The condo is a well appointed beautifully furnished, spacious, and well located. It’s on the second floor so you don’t have to use an elevator unless you want to.Is sweet and helpful.We think this speech is one of the most beautiful in the world.

Fantastic Location- perfect place!

We are 40 year old college friends, looking for a peaceful fun weekend with beach views, pool, and good food. The location is perfect, quiet, and beach view is wonderful. The condo is clean, neat, well furnished, and perfect for staying in or going out! There were enough kitchen utensils to stay in and cook, hair dryers, straighteners- everything. Trish communicated so well with us and was a joy to workout any issues with. Highly recommend the beach and this condo. Not only was the condo perfect for the girls weekend, it would be perfect for a family as well. If I ever am back in Amelia Island, I will definitely stay here again!

Class Reunion

Two of my best friends accompanied me to celebrate our 45th class reunion. I wanted a place with three bedrooms and bathroom that would accommodate with at least full beds not twin. This condo had all of this a more. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. It’s perfect for a girls trip or family getaway. We felt very secure and Trisha was absolutely amazing and she was personable and helpful. I will definitely come back to enjoy again.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Perfect spot

This condo had everything you would want in an oceanfront stay. The place was clean, nice amenities and the owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation with family or friends.
