Le Bierge - Station de ski accessible à pied

Cocoonr offers you this charming 64 m² flat to rent in Vars, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 31 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises
- A 31 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc., very bright with windows opening onto the terraces
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- A large 6m² corridor with cupboards

Exterior:
- A 17.6 m² west-facing terrace equipped with: a round table with two chairs, and a small coffee table with two sun loungers.
- A 3 m² cellar for storing ski equipment, sledges or bicycles...

The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Activities :
In winter: downhill skiing 100 metres from the residence, free shuttles in season, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowmobiling for adults and children (hire at the resort centre), paragliding...
In summer: hiking, walking trails. Road cycling, mountain biking...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Marseille SNCF station 247 km away (approximately 2 hours 56 minutes).
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, 247 km away (approx. 2 hours 56 minutes)

Le Bierge "Un très bel appartement très propre et bien agencé dans une très jolie résidence. Joliment décoré et très cosy. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. La résidence est tout de même à 5 / 7 minutes à pieds des pistes mais nous avions loué des casiers à ski à l’esf, je le recommande, cela facilite la logistique ! Le chauffage au sol ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres mais les petits radiateurs font très bien l’affaire . Un seul bémol la box internet ne fonctionne pas et lorsque l’on doit travailler durant les vacances c’est un peu compliqué car le réseau est très mauvais donc pas possible de faire des partages de connexion ;-)"

A 400m à pied du centre de la station et des remontées mécaniques, c’est un véritable atout. Un petit bémol : le manque des équipements de base. Nous recommandons ce logement et la station !"

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré un départ un peu difficile, appartement très froid (14 degrés) a notre arrivée et durant la première nuit. système de chauffage au sol efficace mais long lors de la mise en route. Aussi, douche inutilisable car l'évacuation était bouchée, nous avons réussi par notre propre moyen a rétablir la canalisation mais dommage au vue des prestations de l'appartement.

Die Wohnung war nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, kein bisschen Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Die Decken lagen aufgeworfen auf den schmutzigen Matratzenbezügen. Diese waren voller Haare. Dusche eng, ohne Abtrennung. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von Baustellen und dementsprechend laut ab 7:30 Uhr. Die Parkplatz Nummer wurde uns erst nach Anfrage mitgeteilt, weil sich ein Bewohner beschwert hatte, weil wir auf dessen Parkplatz unwissentlich geparkt hatten. Alles in allem total lieblos und der Service sehr schlecht."
