It's perfect place to remote work a month or two for a change of scenery. Speaking of scenery, this property is nestled in both mountain and city views. Best yet, just 20 minutes from civilization if you need to pick up groceries and 45 minutes from Denver International Airport.

We are married professionals in tech and entertainment who love to get away from the city for long stays in the mountains with our kiddo, while still maintaining our work remotely. We bought this property to have a mountain getaway that was close to Denver but nestled on our own land in a quiet area for plenty of hikes, brush clearing, and chopping wood.

While you're on the property you are surrounded by 40 acres of peace and quiet. Cities views and mountain views. You'll not see another human unless you choose to drive back into town.
For the lack of human contact, the lodge has plenty of animal life. You'll definitely see our on-site hummingbirds, hawks, deer, and wild turkeys. There's a strong possibility of seeing bears and foxes. It's even possible you may see a bobcat or mountain lion.
We love relocating here for a month or more to recharge, while still fully capable of joining our Zoom meetings and streaming Netflix.
This is a special place that feels remote, but is not too far off the grid.
If you need to get groceries or run an errand you are 20 minutes away from civilization and 45 minutes from downtown Denver or Denver International Airport.
