Great safe neighborhood

Thank you so much this house it makes you feel in home definitely kitchen and bathrooms very clean pool yard maintenance great lots of utensils in kitchen lots of beach towels in closets new washer and drier it was a great experience staying here I I’m planning to comeback soon again thanks

Comfortable and Convenient

We were in town to meet up with friends during Charro Days. The house was spacious, comfortable, conveniently located to everything, kitchen was well-stocked for grilling and cooking. Although the pool was clean and lovely, too cold to swim. Fenced yard was in great shape. Pet-friendly. We had one hiccup with the HVAC, and the owners were able to remedy.

Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay the house was super clean and provided the comfort we were looking for. Pool was clean and refreshing just make sure you have bug spray the mosquitoes were bad other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Nice backyard pool, great host!

Lovely and enjoyable

Amazing home and location

Very peaceful neighborhood. Autism friendly and toddler friendly home. Secure doors gorgeous pool and very lovely layout of the house. Close to town and many restaurants and grocery stores and quiet neighbors highly recommended!

Excellent expierence

This was my first time staying in a vrbo rental. This was a great expierence. The house was really nice and comfortable. Contact person will check in and helped with any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental property

Wonderful stay.

The property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We have a family of 5 and there was plenty to do like jenga game, pool toys and the bbq pit was a plus. The pool was perfect to cool off from the warm weather. Wifi ran great and the Netflix provided was good for family movie night. Plenty of extra towels and pillows. The property manager was gracious and easily accessible. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning on our next trip.

Perfect days

Easy self check in and check out. House with great location and sparkling clean. Everything was perfect, we didn't have any problems. Host gave all the information we needed to enjoy the days we stayed. One of the best houses I've booked so far. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was accurately described and the hostess, Diana, was responsive and helpful. The pool was refreshing in the Texas heat. We were surprised by the little conveniences, ex. air fryer, iron, ironing board, keurig coffee maker, blow dryer, etc. The location was great with shopping, restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles. We hope to stay here again on future visits.

Great place

The house was spotless. The house rules were very reasonable. In fact, this is the first house I’ve encountered that doesn't have a binder full of rules and chores. Just a single page here. Backyard and pool were very well kept. My wife and I used the space to work during the day and explore or relax in the pool at night. Nothing better!

Very comfortable, spacious home.

We loved the house, neighborhood, half hour easy ride to the beach, the pool and fenced yard. The owners were friendly and very nice. They helped us generously without thinking in a difficult moment. When they say if you need anything, they mean it. Would highly recommend and will be returning asap.

Comfortable stay in Brownsville

We enjoyed the 3-bedroom house Diana had for us. The kitchen was well-equipped, the home was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well - always a plus in Brownsville! And we valued having fans in all the rooms. The pool was clean and a nice place to enjoy being outside. Although there is nothing fancy about this home, the plants outside need to be better cared for, and a little upkeep is needed on the property, it is a wonderful little basic home and we enjoyed our stay. And...Coffee at the nearby 956 Coffee Co near E. Price Rd and Paredes Line Rd was lovely every morning! Thank you.

Very nice stay in Brownsville

This was our first VRBO experience, so we had no preconceived notions. We chose Brownsville because we were looking for an escape from the long northern Michigan winter and we had church friends already wintering in the area who highly recommended it. The check-in process went smoothly. Diana was an excellent host (hostess) and responded to all of our questions quickly. We wanted a house with a fenced in yard because of our dog (Coco). This property fit the bill nicely. It is located in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, but is very close to shopping and dining. An added bonus is that it is located adjacent to a 10-mile walking/bike path that was great because Coco LOVES to walk! Although neither my wife or I have mobility issues yet, the single-story house was nice. Also, I am an early riser. My wife and dog are not. The house was large enough for me to putter around without disturbing the others. The backyard swimming pool was a great selling point, although the cool spring kept us out of it until the end of our stay. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Diana!

Cozy Home

Diana's home was the perfect stay for our little getaway. Beds were comfy, house was nicely stocked with towels and soap and dishes/utencils. The pool was the perfect addition for the kiddos! If we are ever back in the area, we would love to stay again.
