Island time

Our stay was a 10 in all aspects. Enough room for our family to gather, clean comfortable spaces, fantastic view of the property and ocean. Easy access to all we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the best Maui vacation. Thank you to Maui Vacation Rentals.

Beautiful Ocean Views

The place was just what we needed for our family of 13. All were adults. College aged to 80+. We loved the view from the main unit. This was our gathering place. We loved having the beach chairs, washer/dryer, 6 bathrooms/bedrooms. So easy to access the beach and pools. The fitness center was great although it could have been cleaner. Easy access to parking. We appreciated the quality in general. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Having the 3 separate units allowed for some separation of space when needed. A few hiccups. Maintenance was very responsive when the fridge/freezer stopped working. We had a little trouble coordinating the delivery rented mobility equipment. Deliveries need to be made to the management company not the property. We'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Aloha Laura and mahalo for your comments. We are thrilled that this place was just what you needed, and that the main unit became the gathering place for your family of 13. We agree that the views are beautiful, and we’re glad you enjoyed the beach & pools. We apologize that you found that the fitness center could have been cleaner and have shared your comments with the Honua Kai team. We’re also sorry that the freezer acted up during your stay. Our technician reseated the basket and reset the fridge, and all is working well again. For deliveries prior to your arrival, our offices are directly across the highway from the resort and our guest experience team is happy to assist guests with their shipments or equipment delivery. Thank you again for your comments. We hope to see you again someday. With warm aloha ~ The Maui Resort Rentals ohana
