This house is made to have fun in! Nerf guns, poker sets, chess set, footballs, basketball, Google hub/home, Apple TV’s, grill, fully equipped kitchen, 4tvs (one on the roof top deck).

1 block from lady bird lake, kayak and paddle board rentals are 2 blocks away. Also within a block - Starbucks, Chipotle, Mod Pizza, Mour (my fav wine spot),Chilantro, Mexican places (several), and Jackalope south shore is a fun bar with Jenna, basketball, cornhole etc...
Less than 1 mile to Rainey street and downtown.
Less than 2 miles to 6th street, west 6th street, zilker park, Barton springs pool, S Congress, S Lamar.
Jump on a scooter that’s easily found in the neighborhood or grab an Uber for a quick trip anywhere around town.

Hi there! I am currently living in this house a few weeks a month with my boyfriend and then at his place in Dallas. We are all about fun and cooking so you will see that throughout the house! Please be nice to our things!
