Located just 10 minutes from the Tacoma Dome, 5 minutes from Cheney Stadium and only 11 minutes from Point Ruston where you can enjoy eating, shopping, and entertainment on the water front. There are two queen size beds plus a couch, altogether sleeps 5. This property is sure to help make your Pacific Northwest stay wonderful!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!! The check in process was seamless. We ended up having car trouble that led to a super long day, when we walked in we were greeted by the most adorable place!!! It was charming, comfortable and super clean. I will be recommending Hannah’s place to everyone I know!!!

Loved the basement!! It was a great place for us to stay while attending a wedding! So accommodating! We appreciate owner letting us check in a couple hours early.😀

Mostly very nice

Pretty space, roomy living room/dining room/kitchen. Well equipped kitchen, coffee provided, only a kitchen towel missing, but it was simple to use one from the bathroom. Large bathroom, good lighting, plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. Only tissues were missing. In second bedroom (which we didn't need), we didn't see storage for non-hanging clothes. Living room sectional was comfy; nice TV. Chairs at dining room table are quite uncomfortable, so we avoided them for breakfast, the only meal we ate in the apartment. Good bed in main bedroom, tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. The unit for clothes had plenty of hanging space, 3 small shelves, which were enough for us. Even with a space heater in living room and main bedroom, apartment was often chilly, and there is no thermostat. We wore sweaters, kept shoes and socks on, used the fleece throw in the living room, took the comforter from the 2nd bedroom--and were comfortable. We had one plumbing issue, which hosts resolved quickly within 4 hours, but we had to message through vrbo, and text both hosts to get a response. The many good things about this unit far outweighed the few things that need improvement.

Clean convenient apartment with easy access

As much as my party enjoyed staying here overall, we would actually give it 4.9 stars rating. The hosts provided heaters & slippers for the cold since there was no thermostat to control the temperature in the unit. Luckily the bedspreads reflected body heat so that we were not freezing in the night. We wondered what it would have been like had we taken our vacation during the winter months instead however. Compared to other VRBO hosts, there were some small niceties that would have gone a long way had they been provided but were missing: facial tissues, cotton swabs, smaller trash bags for the bathroom, small snacks in a welcome basket. The apartment was nicely appointed and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if the hosts would let us.

Decorated very cute and the property is very clean. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Very happy with our stay.

Very clean great place to stay.

Very clean place in a great neighbourhood close to all amenities. For a basement suite it was vary bright and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the suite is nicely finished with everything we needed. The outside patio was nice for relaxing in the evenings and the AC was a life saver for sleeping at night during the recent heat wave. The only issue my brother in law had was the limited selection of free channels on the tv, he couldn't get his sports fix. It's ok though, we figured he needed a detox and he actually had to socialize with the rest of us which was good ! Will definately stay here again when we are in the area.

Both convenience and comfort.

Easy to find, safe and convenient access to shopping and recreation. I have not slept on a more comfortable mattress.

I love my home state and could never think of leaving. This home is in a great location with so much nearby. I love having the option of going downtown, going hiking, enjoying the waterfront, or going sailing. This location has it all!

Our home is almost 100 years old! You would never guess by looking at it though, because everything has been updated, renovated and feels like new.
