Welcome to 8 Channel Ave A, the family vacation home of your dreams! This gorgeous duplex is in the heart of the much desired Wrightsville Beach, and offers refinished hardwood floors throughout and a gourmet kitchen appointed with a Wolf gas range, a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and custom cabinets. There’s plenty of yard space, as well as a dock that’s great for launching kayaks, fishing, or sunbathing! After a long day at the beach, which is only a block and a half away, you can easily walk to any of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants for a relaxing meal and live music. If you’d rather stay in, the home has a spacious, sound front deck where you can enjoy a home cooked meal while watching our spectacular sunsets. No matter your preference, this house has it all. If there is one thing we know for certain, it is that you will love your stay at this beautiful waterfront home on Banks Channel!

Bedding information:
2 Kings, Bunk bed w/ Twin over Full, Twin w/ Twin Trundle, Queen Sofa Bed in living room
Linens included in rental less than 21 days.

Restrictions:
- Guests may use the dock for fishing, sunbathing, etc. Boats are
allowed only with owner approval, and owners require
additional fee for boat storage. Please contact our office for
more information.
- Non Smoking
- No Pets
- 4 Car Parking Only
- Summer Season Friday Check-in Only.
- In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 3 night minimum.
- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.

Great place to stay

This location is great best of both worlds hang on the dock or walk across the street and be on the beach park your car and walk to everything lots of space to hang with family and friends

The perfect weekend away

This property and the time we spent in Wrightsville was one we won’t forget. The cleanliness of this property, the location, convenience and the views are some of its many qualities. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations and cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Fabulous!

I don’t even want to tell you how great this place is so I can save it for myself! Beautiful and convenient to everything. You do hear the hustle and bustle of what’s going on in the small downtown area but it’s worth it. We could people watch from the road side porch and boat watch from the other side. I’ll stay here again! Decor is perfect! Owners know what they’re doing with this place! I loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. The view was amazing and the property was updated and roomy. The bed was comfortable and overall we would give this a 9 on a scale of 10. The location of the property was excellent with a grocery store within walking distance. Fun restaurants were also close. Our only concern is that workers for the other unit keep leaving the gate open whereby our dogs were let loose. Maybe a spring on the gate would help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great place. My only complaint, is the queen bed. The bed really needs replacing. The people in that room slept on the couch because it was so bad.
