A shower room with shower cubicle, separate WC and a bedroom (with bunk beds 90x200 and 120x200) complete the ground floor. Free Wifi acces.
Upstairs is a spacious mezzanine with a double bed (180x200).
The outside terrace can accommodate garden furniture for 4 people.

In the Ayguades district, the "Les Lagunes du Soleil" residence (with swimming pool in summer) is located on the edge of the marine lake between the resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan. Here, water, beaches and nature are omnipresent. The lake adjoins the residence and the large beach at Les Ayguades is just a few minutes' walk away. In this peaceful area, ideal for children, you'll really feel like you're on holiday.
A small shopping centre provides you with all the essentials on site. There are several restaurants, some of which are open all year round.
There are plenty of activities on offer, including 2 ranches for horse-riding, a go-karting and quad bike track, jet-ski hire, AQUAJET swimming pool, mini-golf, windsurfing school, sand yachting, etc.
