This cozy home is perfect for families with small children. As parents of two toddlers, we understand the importance of having a safe and child-friendly environment. That's why we have taken extra steps to childproof our home and provide amenities such as cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, and a child-friendly reading nook. We also have a high chair available for your little ones. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the hot tub while the kids are sound asleep.

We are also pet-friendly and have a fenced backyard for your furry friends to run around in. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and one-car garage for your convenience.

Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior permission. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, which is why we have exterior cameras at the entryway and parking area for added security. Rest assured, we are just a text or call away if you need anything during your stay. Check-in is self-check-in through an electronic deadbolt for your convenience.

For an additional fee, late check-out (12:30 pm) or early check-in (2 pm) may be arranged upon request. If you are bringing a pet, there is a cleaning fee of $65. Please remember to include the pet in your guest count when booking.
