Welcome to Easy Livin` – your home away from home in Columbus, Ohio. This charming ranch house is located in a peaceful neighborhood near Easton Town Center, a premier shopping destination. With its prime location, you`ll have the convenience of being close to central Columbus while also enjoying a quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

This cozy home is perfect for families with small children. As parents of two toddlers, we understand the importance of having a safe and child-friendly environment. That`s why we have taken extra steps to childproof our home and provide amenities such as cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, and a child-friendly reading nook. We also have a high chair available for your little ones. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the hot tub while the kids are sound asleep.

We are also pet-friendly and have a fenced backyard for your furry friends to run around in. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and one-car garage for your convenience.

Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior permission. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, which is why we have exterior cameras at the entryway and parking area for added security. Rest assured, we are just a text or call away if you need anything during your stay. Check-in is self-check-in through an electronic deadbolt for your convenience. We do not allow outside guests, other than those on the reservation, on the property without prior approval from us.

For an additional fee, late check-out (12:30 pm) or early check-in (2 pm) may be arranged upon request. If you are bringing a pet, there is a cleaning fee of $65. Please remember to include the pet in your guest count when booking.

The house was wonderful, comfortable, roomy, loved the back yard and hot tub. The home is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Holiday Visit

We spent the July 4th weekend with my son, his girlfriend and our two small dogs. The house was very close to Easton’s dining and shops. We broke out the board games and played some skeet ball. And, the dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Girls getaway

Nice enough property and very clean. A little hiccup at check in but was quickly resolved with the property manager. The neighborhood is livley but quiet. Some areas of the house had a strong ammonia smell but fine enough to stay in. A few more blankets and pillows would have been nice but over all a good place to stay!

Nice house great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to stores, and a park. The bike trail out back goes to downtown cColumbus and beyond.

Great location and property

The place was wonderful. Well stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very convenient to Easton. Backyard was large with a nice fire pit. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We intended on staying so we could attend legoland with our children. We were so pleased that it was just a 5 minute drive with gas stations and grocery stores in the same proximity. Absolutely no complains, just a few minor suggestions as far as adding cleaning supplies for guests to wipe down table after eating.

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood and we were able to include our pet which was a priority. Having two bathrooms was another item that was high on our list.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable and cared for. Rachel was communicative. The neighborhood seems a bit run-down, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. It is so close to Easton and convenient to the other activities in the city. The trail was a nice bonus. I would encourage the cleaning company to check under the couches/skee ball table as I had to lay on the floor to unstick the ball for the machine and it was pretty dirty. Others mentioned an ammonia smell. There was a pervasive unpleasant scent we couldn’t place. My 12-year-old was not impressed with the beds or anything really, but she is hard to please. We would rent again.

Graduation weekend stay

Easy Livin’ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.

Close to Easton mall

Rachel was very responsive host. The backyard is a great space for family to get together. The back play room is well equipped for our 18 month old and the crib much appreciated. The beds were comfortable.
