Individual chalet on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor an entrance with a cupboard, a living room-kitchen (insert fireplace) opening onto 2 terraces, a bathroom (Italian shower), separate WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and including 2 bedrooms with a sheltered terrace, a bathroom, separate WC. In summer, access to this alpine chalet is via a steep, stoned and passable path for 800 m from a car park at the top of Bisanne, or 400 m from the bottom of Bisanne. Alpine path to be used only with a 4X4 vehicle (no passenger vehicles). In winter, access is by snowshoes, on foot or touring skis. Possibility of transporting luggage and provisions by scooter by the owner, on arrival and departure, depending on weather and snow conditions. Live a unique experience, in an exceptional setting conducive to disconnection! This alpine chalet, located on trails or close to the ski slopes, offers a breathtaking view. This natural haven of calm is earned by access only on foot, 4x4 depending on the season and snowshoes or skis.
