Newly Renovated Condo in North Phoenix

Enjoy this two bedroom, two bath condo in North Phoenix. The condo overlooks the swimming pool with a ground floor patio and a second story balcony. It is just 1/2 mile south of the 101 which makes it easy to get to any part of Phoenix. The complex is quiet and very clean. Many palm trees add a nice atmosphere to the property. The condo went through a complete renovation that was completed in October of 2021. No pets and no smokers please.

Extended stay in Arizona to welcome our new grandson!

A Great Clubhouse

Everything was GREAT. We really enjoyed our month there. Location to loop 101 is very good as well as being close to Safeway, Starbucks an d a nice walking park. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great Property

The Condo was very clean upon check in and worked well for my wife and I. There is a pool right outside our front door. Very quiet neighborhood and well maintained property. The owners were very communicative and had quick responses to any questions we posed. Would stay there again when available.

Great stay at a great condo!

Our family was in town for a wedding and this condo was a perfect fit. Our kids enjoyed having the pool right out the front door. I would recommend this to friends and family. Thank you to the owners for your great communication and willingness to make our stay very relaxing.

Quiet and Comfortable

Very quiet unit. Easy to come and go, with keyless entry. Plenty of beds. Living and dining area are maybe a little crowded with furniture, as it was arranged differently than in the photo. Would definitely recommend overall.

Spring Training Getaway

Clean, updated unit. Awesome place. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Easy commutes. 20 minutes away from Scottsdale and Glendale.

In a word “cheap”

Inferior lighting in br’s. Small downstairs bathroom w plastic shower & curtain. Enjoyed having the stand up fan to put rabbit ears on to receive live tv. Dirty patio. Enough said.

Excellent condo

We stayed from Christmas to New Years visiting family that live not terribly far away. Location is great, neighbors that we did see were friendly, it was very clean. It was as well stocked cooking/utensil wise as any VRBO I’ve been at. Appliances are mostly new, and all excellent. We will definitely stay again when coming back to visit.

Clean Quiet Friendly
