I would give this property and the host more stars if I could! Stephanie was a pleasure to communicate with, as she responded promptly to my questions and seems to genuinely enjoy being a host. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. There were also many nice touches, like robes, a portable fan, Kuerig machine with pods, etc. The hot tub was nearby and nice for post-hike relaxation. I'd definitely rent this property again!

We were in the area for cactus league baseball. This was a good jumping off point for visiting different parks in various parts of the city. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. One thing to note is that the condo is located near the exit gate to the condo complex. If you're a light sleeper you might hear it opening and closing throughout the night as cars drive through. Not a deal breaker though. This home was priced very fairly. Our host, Stephanie, was the best. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We recommend this location, and look forward to staying again in the future.

The apartment is small but well equipped with everything needed. The area is blue collar neighborhood but gated. TV and everything was good but the bed was not comfortable and only queen size.

The host (Stephanie) was very welcoming!Everything stood out, the cleanliness, the decor and the unit was equipped with everything l needed and more. I had a wonderful stay and this is an excellent place. Everything is in perfect condition and the owner does an amazing job of thinking of everything one might need for their visit. My wife was so impressed that she wants to take some of the ideas and make upgrades back home! Highly recommended.

Sooo Nice!

This place is squeaky clean, decor is amazing, everything you could possibly need. We didn’t cook at all but it was perfect for what we needed. Stephanie is very accommodating.

Great weekend escape

This condo was fantastic- we even commented that it was better than staying at a JW Marriott due to all the thoughtful touches. Stephanie made it comfortable with everything that we could possibly need - a great little home away from home.

Relaxing stay

The property is "as advertised"! Clean, beautiful furnishings and appliances. Excellent communication with the owner. Gift/Goody basket was appreciated!!. Nice welcome book that explained Everything. The owner did everything to make this a very enjoyable stay.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The heated pool and hot tub were right across the driveway. Stephanie was a great communicator. I would definitely stay at her unit again.

Fabulous unit and close to all!

We came to visit family in North Phoenix. This property was fantastic - very private and comfortable feeling. Super clean and so well appointed - everything from coffee pods to a snack basket and laundry supplies. The owner was very communicative, welcoming, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, especially for the value compared with hotels in the area. Such a great experience, we hope that we have more than a weekend next time!

Great place!

Very well appointed and had everything you could want, including well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and close to one of the pools/hot tubs. Host has thought of everything, including extensive and detailed guestbook, a closet full of recreational items and a wonderful snack basket. Would highly recommend.
