Sooo Nice!

This place is squeaky clean, decor is amazing, everything you could possibly need. We didn’t cook at all but it was perfect for what we needed. Stephanie is very accommodating.

Wonderful place away from home!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The heated pool and hot tub were right across the driveway. Stephanie was a great communicator. I would definitely stay at her unit again.

Relaxing stay

The property is "as advertised"! Clean, beautiful furnishings and appliances. Excellent communication with the owner. Gift/Goody basket was appreciated!!. Nice welcome book that explained Everything. The owner did everything to make this a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous unit and close to all!

We came to visit family in North Phoenix. This property was fantastic - very private and comfortable feeling. Super clean and so well appointed - everything from coffee pods to a snack basket and laundry supplies. The owner was very communicative, welcoming, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, especially for the value compared with hotels in the area. Such a great experience, we hope that we have more than a weekend next time!

Great weekend escape

This condo was fantastic- we even commented that it was better than staying at a JW Marriott due to all the thoughtful touches. Stephanie made it comfortable with everything that we could possibly need - a great little home away from home.

Our stay was perfect. From the welcome basket, to the completely stocked condo, to the east checkout, it was just perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

Very well appointed and had everything you could want, including well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and close to one of the pools/hot tubs. Host has thought of everything, including extensive and detailed guestbook, a closet full of recreational items and a wonderful snack basket. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property and fantastic host!

Stephanie thought of every single thing one could possibly need. Her attention to detail was incredible! The unit itself is beautiful and clean and has great access to anything you want to see or do in Phoenix. Conveniently, the pool is right across the parking lot which is great. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful little gem with easy access...

This trip was a little last minute, but we were more than pleasantly surprised with this find. It's location made it very easy to get around to other places, and the community was also very quiet. Very well appointed, with everything you need. We bookmarked this condo!

A quiet and relaxing getaway

From the moment we walked in we knew that we were welcomed and relaxed. The condo is beautiful and sparkling clean. We immediately felt right at home. Beautiful one bedroom condo

Excellent place to stay with a very strong guest-focused in mind. The condo was immaculate. Stephanie was an excellent host; very responsive and accommodating. I love the personal touches left for the guests. Check out process was very low maintenance

Perfection at the Pointe

Best VRBO & Host in Phoenix! Perfection …. It’s an home away from home, an affordable stay, great communication of the wonderful Host to the entry that includes a personal welcome to a gorgeously decorated organized home that sparkles clean, smells incredibly good, snacks provided when you arrive exhausted. The bed is so comfortable & I love this rental & host and return as much as I can. Thank you for another great stay!

Modern, Updated Condo

From the welcome basket to checkout, this was a pleasant experience. The kitchen had many amenities, and modern layout. You could tell the owner catered to the business traveler. Excellent!!

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this was perfect! The place was spic and span just like the pictures! All the little extras were so special. A beautiful welcome basket was waiting for us and the welcome binder had all the information anyone could need. Stephanie was so quick to respond whenever I had questions. She was very flexible with checkin and checkout times…so accommodating! There are 3 pools to enjoy and it’s a beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again!

A+++++ for attention to detail!

Stephanie is an amazing property owner! She was prompt in every interaction and her attention to detail was impeccable! The unit was fabulous and had so many amenities we just felt like we were “home”! Stephanie has thought of EVERYTHING and was so attentive to our every need. Our home away from home for a week at this beautifully decorated condo was so enjoyable. Every possible amenity needed and so much more was available for our stay and super clean. As we like hiking trails, the condo was close to many great trails. Short drives to restaurants in which Stephanie left good recommendations for us. She also communicated with us through out our vacation to see if we needed anything. The best vacation Vrbo condo experience! Thank you Stephanie!

Amazing!!!!

Stephanie was fantastic to deal with! Prompt responses.. very cordial, and literally thought of everything! From pool towels, to mixed drink cups, and utensils.. wasn’t one thing we could have asked for that wasn’t provided!!! Place is beautiful and just beyond clean! One nice sized bedroom and an easy to use couch with trundle bed.. also an air bed if needed.. highly recommend!

The Best!

We recently spent 3 weeks at this property and enjoyed every minute. This property was a home away from home and then some. Stephanie has so many nice touches added to this property and has thought of everything. We were wowed the moment we walked in and wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. Stephanie checked on us every week and provided added extras and suggestions to help make this first visit to the Phoenix area so wonderful. We have stayed in a number of VRBO's and this was one of the nicest properties and the best owners. We would recommend this property to anyone.
