Beautiful Country home . 4 bedroom , 2.5 baths, with 4 full beds available (3 queen, 1 double).. Located 20 minutes from Charlottetown and 5 minutes from the beautiful Canoe Cove Beach. Stunning views of the West River from the back deck. 30 minutes to Cavendish and Brackley beaches. Take the day to tour the beaches and see the world famous Anne of Green Gables. If you're a golfer, there are three golf courses within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the house. A large spacious yard with basketball court, play ground area ,fire pit and horseshoes offers fun for the whole family. The large sized kitchen allows space for all to help in making mealtime memories.

My friends and I were very impressed with the house, the location and our host. It was beautiful, the grounds so nice and the house had every amenity we needed.. Cathy was gracious, friendly and helpful in every way.

Great for base to explore PEI. Kathy made it very welcoming! We could have easily spent more time at the house playing basketball, enjoying the fire pit, etc. Reasonable drives to Charlottetown, Victoria, PEI National Park and Georgetown. Perfect!!!

Excellent 2 day break in PEI

We had a lovely couple of days discovering PEI with Canadian family who have connections with the area. Lovely place to stay as a group of adults - good facilities and very spacious.

Fabolous acreage with ocean view.

We rented this beautifully manicured acreage with its roomy, well-kept home for a small, personal wedding. The rain held off so we could have our vows exchanged outside in the gorgeous back yard. Everything we needed for cooking/grilling, sleeping, showering, etc, was available. I met the owner, who was lovely and accommodating. A lot of love and pride in this home is evident, which we appreciated and respected. We would recommend this property, and I hope to use it again sometime.

A lovely stay!

Just spent a week at this lovely home, there were 3 couples, the amenities were more than adequate. Kathy checked in with us shortly after our arrival, and was readily available if we needed her. Back deck was well equipped with BBQ and lots of propane. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Amazing stay for family

Great house, smartly laid out. Kitchen well stocked. Yard massive with play structure for kids. Pack n Play on site. View of the west river. Nights last forever, and the morning sun takes a while so despite the heat it was easy to keep the house cool most hours of the day. Quick 15' to Charlottetown, or 10' to Cornwall for groceries.

Beautiful house in the country!

Beautiful/Private Cottage

Couldn’t of been a better cottage on the island for our friends. It has everything; comfortable & beautiful inside, spacious backyard for activities(basketball court, horse shoe, washer toss etc.). Minutes away from multiple golf courses. And a host that is available friendly and giving. Can’t wait to come back with my family!

Lovely home with absolutely stunning views.

The property is located close enough to all amenities but far enough out to be very private and quiet. The beautiful deck to relax on while watching the sun set over the farmer fields and a fire pit were added bonuses. Kathy was friendly and quick to respond to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here!
