In the heart of the Ardèche, in the Eyrieux valley, an atypical cottage in a corner of paradise, located in a small and very peaceful hamlet. In a typical Ardèche house, in the middle of the plantations with a breathtaking view of the valley.

The accommodations are on two levels: on the first floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (senseo coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed, extra bed with 1 seater driver, possibility of putting a baby bed.

In annex a room with a dining area and a 2-seater sofa bed.

Access to several terraces: a small courtyard with a dining area, a sofa area with a beautiful view, a large garden terrace below with a sandpit, a petanque court and a gas barbecue.

Pets allowed free of charge (fenced lower garden).

A cane stroller, a baby bath and a children's park are available.

Garage for bicycles.

Attention: Access by bike via a steep hiking trail (equipped and experienced cyclists). You must be well equipped and choose your path carefully.

A 15 min walk (via a steep hiking trail), access to the river and the dolce via. From the house you have access to hiking trails.

Located 20 minutes from the village of Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut (by small roads)

10 minutes by car from Saint Michel de Chabrillanoux.

Linen (sheets, towels) is included. CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED.
