Yulia our host was responsive. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. The amenities were great. We had an issue with the hot water heater. Yulia and a plumber were there the same day. We would stay there again.

Great Experience

I love this area. Its so convenient to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Yulia is a great host. I had a couple of questions and she promptly got back to me. All in all, it was quite an enjoyable stay, beautiful home well stocked with necessities , and of course the amazing pool and lanai! I have 2 little dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed walking in the friendly and quiet neighborhood. I plan on renting from Yulia again.

It feels like home!

We love staying here - so much so that we're looking forward to returning next year! Our favorite spot is hanging out on the lanai! We enjoyed reading or dining in the shade and then spending time in the sun, while in the beautiful pool! When we had questions, the owner took such good care of us, quickly responding to any of our needs. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Once again, we loved our stay at this property! The outdoor space and beautiful pool will keep us coming back! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the use of the bikes and, of course, the friendly communication we had with the owners. Highly recommend!

Great spot in North Naples for a wonderful vacation

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this house for six weeks in the winter. The house is clean, well furnished, has a wonderful pool and fenced back yard and is private and lovely. The owners are very helpful if any issues come up but, generally, there is very little to fix or deal with. It is just a great place for friends and family of all ages...and our dog loved it too. Highly recommend. It's an easy drive to the beach too and also to shopping and restaurants.

Deservedly 5 Points!

Our second stay at this property in September/October, and again and it didn't disappoint. Great property in quiet, safe residential neighbourhood where we enjoyed daily walks to the canal on Piper Blvd and Palm River Park, and exercise at nearby North Collier Regional Park. Property is very, very well equipped and had pretty much everything that you might need to make the most of your vacation either in or around the pool and generous outdoor space, or at the beach. Really easy to get to and from the property to all local sights and Naples highlights. Our favourites included the (now open) beaches at Delnor-Wiggins Pass and Lovers Key State Parks, Naples Botanical Gardens, Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Collier County Museums (all of them, all free, and with fantastic first-class exhibits), and the previously overlooked Baker Museum. Nearby Seed to Table is also a must, for the experience alone! A big thank you to our hosts Yulia and Patrick for quickly and effectively resolving some unforeseen issues that arose on our arrival. Deservedly 5 stars! Looking forward to returning. David and Jacky (UK)

Relaxing

We had such a wonderful time as always at this property. It is so relaxing to sit by the pool with the smell of gardenia in air. The house has everything we would possibly need and more. Got to utilize the bikes this trip and loved our morning rides. The host is very welcoming and responsive. It always feels like coming home when we stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Delightful and well-located!

My sister and I loved our month-long stay at this beautiful home, well-located in a quiet neighborhood north of Naples, close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. (Sadly, nearby Delnor-Wiggins State Park was closed due to hurricane damage.) Communication with the host was excellent. Yulia responded quickly to our inquiries, answered our questions, and even dropped off more toilet paper when we asked! The spacious floor plan was perfect, allowing us to have our own quiet spaces. We enjoyed time together watching March Madness and movies on the large-screened TV in the living room. However, we spent most of our time in the inviting outdoor living space, eating our meals (when we weren't at the numerous near-by eateries!) reading, or swimming. We paid extra to have the pool heated ($25 per day) and were glad we did - the water was delightful! We also enjoyed riding the bikes and taking walks in the mornings, often being greeted by friendly neighbors. We were sad to leave but are already looking forward to a return visit next year!

Excellent Stay

We loved our stay at Palm River Estates. Yulia and Patrick were wonderful host. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and tableware. The induction cooktop, washer and dryer were very efficient. The furniture in the house was relatively new and comfortable. We spent most of our days, outside, on the screened in patio, by the pool. The neighborhood was quite and Yulia was always quick to respond to any issues that we had. When we arrived, we discovered that one of the 4 bikes had a flat tire. Patrick immediately brought over a new, never ridden bike. During our stay the air conditioning and heat went out and Yulia responded immediately to ensure that we were taken care of! We never had to worry if someone would respond and take care of us. The pool towels are top notch, but I would like to recommend that the bath towels be replaced. The ones in the house are worn and tired. We would definitely book again with Yulia and Patrick!

Wonderful family home

We had a great week at Yulia's house in Naples and booked it again for the following year. Fully equipped and everything was clean and working. The house had a great layout, pool, and very much enjoyed the stay. Communication with the host was excellent, she answered all of our questions promptly and was very much reachable. Highly recommended.

Holiday Stay in Naples

Our family (4 adults + 2 children) rented this property originally for a stay in October which was delayed due to the hurricane. The property manager worked with us to reschedule the trip as we weren't comfortable flying in days after the hurricane made landfall in SW FL & we were appreciative of her flexibility. We had no issue finding the property and check-in was simple. Upon arrival, I did find two large wasp nests by the garage with active wasps and reported this after checking in. We were able to avoid the nests by using the front door, but it did make me nervous with young children. The property itself was what we expected based upon the listing photos. A few of the linens showed wear, but nothing with the furniture condition made things unusable. Our first issue was with the pool heater. Despite the cooler weather in Florida, we felt that the pool temperature didn't seem to be warm at all. I reported this to the property manager after waiting the 72 hours she specified it could take for the pool to warm. Unfortunately I felt she was quite defensive about the situation despite us sending photos and videos of the pool temperature as shown on the thermometer & video showing that the fan on the pool heater was not running. We later learned from the individual who comes to maintain the pool that in order for the pool temperature to reach the "set" temperature it would need to be set higher because of where the sensor is located underground. After all of this, we were appreciative that we were refunded the additional cost that we paid to have the pool heated, but it was a big disappointment to our two children who just wanted to swim. During our week-long stay, we were in the pool for no more than 1 hour total with our son and our daughter was only able to be in for about 10 minutes total. Our second issue was with the bugs. We have owned property in Florida and recognize that some bugs ("water bugs") come with the territory. The kitchen was filled with bugs and we ended up ordering take-out almost every night due to the concern with cleanliness. You would open the cabinet doors and find live bugs (German cockroaches) crawling across the plates or in the pots and pans. I reported this to the property owner (offered photos/videos) & was told that bugs are normal and part of Florida. While I'd agree that some bugs in FL are "normal", German cockroaches are not and need to be treated. Overall, good property location, but we won't stay again.

Amazing property

Fantastic

Tropical Treat!

Wonderful is a good way to start! We have rented many times in Naples and this was one of our best. The house was delightful, exceedingly well equipped, great position and superb pool. The house had everything we needed for our mixed age family holiday. We were easily ably to entertain friends as well as have more intimate nights. The position was great - a quiet but large plot in Palm River, not overlooked and private, really easy access to Delnor Wiggins beach park but also North Naples shopping facilities such as Mercato with lots of restaurants. As well as being well equipped inside - the additions were fantastic: beach chairs, umbrellas, cool boxes, 4 bicycles and so on. Have to say we didn’t use the canoes or the pool table. There was nothing that wasn’t included - honestly. The owner was great when we had a couple of external issues - power outage and the gardeners cut the wifi cable. She sorted these issues straight away and so they had nil impact on our stay. We were fortunate enough to be in the house for 5 weeks and it really felt like home. It was fabulous.

GREAT STAY

Yulia was awesome to work with, I rented this house for my parents they hadn't been to Florida in YEARS- and they just loved the area and the house, they enjoyed the pool! They said they will be back to stay here!
