The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets; a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a warm and bright living room overlooking the heated siwwming-pool with sun terrace and garden. The house is air-conditioned, spacious and very pleasant to live in.

The warm and spacious living room (74m2) has large windows facing south, pool side.

The terrace is equipped with a large table for lunch or dinner and sunbeds for lounging in the sun.

The 8x4m and 1m40 deep pool is heated and equipped with a floating protective curtain. It is perfectly exposed and surrounded by palm trees and hedges. It has just been completely renovated.

The shrub garden is fenced with 2 parking spaces. Possibility of 2 additional spaces in front of the house, in the secure residence. Possibility to rent a garage space (extra charge).

THE BEDROOMS :
- The Meyran room has direct access to the pool and the South terrace. It is a master suite with a 160x200 bed, a dressing room, a bathroom (shower + bath) and a toilet.
- The Barbotière room is a children’s room with two 90x190 beds. It is equipped with large closets and a bathroom (shower).

The frist floor is divided into 2 bedrooms and a bathroom:
- Larros room with a 160x200 bed, a terrace on the Bassin d’Arcachon side (with view)
- The room La Hume with a bed of 160x200, a terrace side pool, equipped with a cot in solid wood.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is ideally located, on the 2nd line of the coastline, between the port of Larros and the port of Meyran, in a high-end private residence and secured by digicode gates, guaranteeing a quiet and not passing environment.

Do you like nature, walking or cycling? That’s perfect ! The residence has direct access to the coastal path and bike paths.
Nearby, you will have a wide choice of activities for young and old: - Recreational pools: amusement parks La Coccinelle, Kid parc, tree climbing, Aqualand, etc. - La Hume Beach - Ornithological reserve of Teich
And a little further, you can enjoy the ocean beaches and visit the Dune du Pila.
