This ground level property offers easy access to its 2 bedroom and 1 bath .The first bedroom is equipped with a shaker style queen size bed and comfortable linens while the second bedroom has full-size/ twin size combo bunk bed great for groups and families . The newly renovated bathroom is crisp and modern.

Your mornings are tranquil and evenings relaxed with a view that showcases a panoramic view of both lake and the city . The view inspires you to explore our outdoors and enjoy all that this quaint but bustling city offers .

Sit back and relax for a quiet, recuperative day in ultra comfortable recliners in front of the fireplace in the open-feel living room .Cable and Netflix are provided for your enjoyment. Ready for an easy dinner ? Throw on burgers on the grill in the private back yard furnished for breezy outdoor dinning .

Our stay was great. Amazing location. Nice place. It had all we needed. The only problem was to check in late. The host didn't let us to check in at 11 pm so we lost one night. Communication was also bad. He also showed up a few times unnonouced to our glass back door and did some noisy renovation just in front of our windows without even letting us know.

Overall our stay was good, it was neat and smelled clean. The view is stunning and we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view. It’s ideally located close to the lake and hiking trails. However there are definitely some points that need to be highlighted. After arriving 40 mins after check in time and letting the host know when we were 20 mins out we were met with a confused owner and was told to wait outside while he finished his supper before he’ll let us in. After some back and forth he let us in sooner. Dispute the house being advertised as the whole house you share the house with the owners living upstairs. This being a Vrbo we were not impressed. We had to interact with the owner on multiple occasions and didn’t feel like our privacy was respected. Especially when he entered the house while we were there without even knocking. It wasn’t all bad we enjoyed our stay. With a few minor changes it could be much better.

Great stay

Owner was there to greet us and to show us how everything worked. Very thorough. Which was nice. The place was clean, and spacious.Full kitchen was a bonus. Walk patio with access to a bbq was great. The walk out patio view was beautiful. Kids really enjoyed the space!

Spectacular Views

This property has all the amenities that were required for our 2 week stay. The unit is spacious and very well laid out with amazing views of Kelowna. The host was very pleasant to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing was the cleanliness of the unit. It wasn't terrible but we did have to clean the baseboards and rug as we had a 1 year old visiting us and everything goes in his mouth. A deep clean of the unit would have made this place a 10 out of 10.

Great place to stay

We have never stayed at a VRBO before and the experience was excellent. I would recommend this property. It was very spacious, the kitchen had all appliances and cookware etc. that you would need. Loved the use of the in suite washer and dryer. The view was incredible. Able to watch the sunrise. Ten minute drive into downtown Kelowna. The host was easy to deal with and contact. Thank you for having us.

Clean, quiet, well-equipped, excellent view!

Well situated in West Kelowna with a view of the lake and the city of Kelowna. We ate outside on the patio to enjoy the view for breakfasts and dinners. The indoors was spacious and with a well-equipped equipped kitchen. Easy driving distance to downtown Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland! Woul definitely stay there again!

A beautiful, spacious home away from home

The actual flat is so much more spacious than I expected. The view is so stunning we enjoyed looking over the lake so much. On day one the deer family came to say “hi” too! It is a great experience here.

My husband, kids (2 teen daughters), and I stayed here Aug 5th to 8th 2024. It was amazing. Effective and quick communication. Not only was the property beautiful, the views stunning and the sounds of crickets enchanting, but the hosts had everything there for us including a spice rack! As a chef, i travel with my own, but WOW was this unexpected. The beds are super comfortable as are the couches. You can expect to see some wildlife on your drive up, and the neighborhood is beautiful. If you have small children there is even an elementary school playground nearby!. We return to the okanagan every summer and I will deffinitely book again.

Overall the property was GREAT, but we had trouble with the lock on the door. Otherwise, lots of private space and very well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hospitality

This was our second stay at this property in 3 months- our host was so helpful and accommodating the first time that it was a natural choice for our second trip out to the okanagan! Very spacious, beautiful view in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Excellent Acommodation

This suite was very nicely renovated and well stocked. The view of the bridge area was stunning especially at night. Some basic things in the kitchen were provided which was a nice touch. The suite is located in a very quiet location, which was very nice and peaceful. The only issue was the stairs leading down to it. This may deter some guests from booking here, but didn’t pose a big issue for us. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

The place was very very comfortable. The owner respects the privacy, but will still be there in case you’d need any help regarding the property. The place had everything you need from toiletries to kitchen stuff. Amazing view of the Okanagan Lake as well! Had a great time!

Bigger Than Expected

Awesome place to stay for a week especially with kids. Ages 7, 4 and 1. Enough space in the main bedroom closet to fit a pack and play for the 1 year old. All couches recline. The host even provides kcups, extra towels, some snacks and hey even paper towels which many VRBOs don’t provide. The view is gorgeous of down town kelowna, most of the activities we engaged in were down town, the drive didn’t bother us. Truth be told we would rather be out of the city.

Best holiday location and view ever

The property was quiet even though it was a basement apartment underneath other people. Was very well equipped with new appliances and comfortable beds. The owner communicated efficiently and our family of 5 enjoyed our stay tremendously.

My wife and I have lived in the cities of Vancouver Canada, Sand Diego California , Bochum West Germany and now in the past 20 years here in Kelowna B.C. we feel Kelowna is the best place to live . This is a city with a perfect four season offering swimming and boating in the summer and snow boarding and skiing in the winter . the beauty of Kelowna is in its mountains, lakes its sunny weather , great vineyards and wineries. We felt that by doing a major renovation of our guest house to change it to a short term rental suite we can share this beautiful city with our guests from around the world .

Our property is located in a quite residential area of the city which has the country feelings and yet only six minutes drive to the city center . Depending on the season we have seen all kinds of exotic birds coming on our property that we have not seen anywhere else . On a clear night we feel that stars in the sky is only a few hundred meters away and the reflection of the moon on the lake is a scene that can not be erased from memory. The lighted covered patio over looking the Okanagan lake and the city is the place to set and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the moon rising over the mountain overlooking the lake .
