🚗 Parking & Arrival
To ensure a seamless arrival, we provide one designated parking spot on the far left of the driveway. Please note that additional street parking is not available within the development.

A Note on Quiet Enjoyment: Please note that this is a family home. We have one child who stays with us part-time (50% of the time) in the upper unit. While we are very mindful of our guests' comfort, you may occasionally hear the "sounds of life" and footsteps from upstairs during the day. We provide white noise machines in the bedrooms to ensure your stay is as peaceful as possible.

Clean, well decorated, really well set up. Beautiful wime glassed and dishes. This is a lower level but you would never think basement, big beautiful windows

We stayed here for 46 nights. There is definitely a lot of positives to this unit - clean, modern with a kitchen that was pretty well stocked and we were able to bring our 2 cats.We were in Kelowna most days and it was an easy drive from this location. I also like to walk and there really is nowhere to walk to. And if you have a visitor you are not allowed to park on the street so they must park outside of the complex. But the biggest negative for us was the noise from upstairs. Every time someone was walking upstairs there was thumping from above and there is a young child part time there who runs constantly. I love kids but this got to be extremely annoying.I truly wish someone had posted this in their reviews, but maybe if only there for a few days it wouldn’t bother you as much.

Overall good experience

It’s a basement suit with the owners above you. Place was clean and tidy and very beautiful. We weren’t there’s long as we were out exploring. You can see the lake through the trees, but have to drive to get to a beach. Everything you need to cook if that’s what you choose. Worked great for what we needed it for, open and airy, very lovely property. Grateful we found it and were able to book!
