Our beachy vibe coastal condo is 2.5 miles south of downtown Half Moon Bay. It is within .5 miles from the Ocean, a beautiful beach, the Ritz Carlton, and Half Moon Bay Golf Links. The Condo is on second floor and has has vaulted ceilings, a lot of natural light, new appliances, in-unit NEW washer and dryer, dish washer, two balconies, BBQ, and INDOOR AND OUTDOOR fire pit. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Great townhouse for weekend getaway

Second year staying at this lovely townhouse. We love the space is perfect for a weekend get away and has all the amenities you might need. It in a great location between beaches and the downtown. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Quiet, comfortable and a great location

Will and Morgan were wonderful hosts. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable, and a great location for hiking the Coastal Trail. Definitely recommended.

Great quiet place

The place was clean and the kitchen was fully loaded. Communication with the property manager was great. Nice quiet location convenient to Half Moon Bay and neighboring beaches. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

We were close to the beach, golf course, and anything we wanted to do. The place was very clean, well stocked with towels etc. and there was nothing that we could think of that was not provided. It was the perfect size, and very happy that we decided to go this direction instead of a hotel.

HMB Getaway

Of course June is cool and foggy on the CA coast but always a wonderful place to visit. The condo was well equipped and lovely and relaxing. Would love to return sometime!!!!

Great property in HMB

The property was very clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The location was great: far enough away from all of the attractions to be quiet, but everything was very close. The carpet was very plush and comfortable! The two balconies were a plus. I wish we had remembered to use the fire pit!

Would book again

Condo was clean, well maintained and had a wonderful kitchen. Quiet and peaceful location. Barely saw any of the neighbors. Host was very responsive. We loved the location near the Ritz and access to the Coastal Trail. We would stay again. Thank you!

We stayed three nights for our anniversary weekend. Wonderful condo; very clean and well appointed. Close to the walking coastal trail and downtown. Very quiet community and friendly, FAST communication from the hosts. We hope to return! Thank you!!

Nice place to stay.

Nice location and place to stay. Only negative is a light smell of smoke when you enter the house. Smells like previous tenants were smokers. It said non-smoking so we didn’t expect this.

Thanks for the feedback. We were told when we bought the place that they did not smoke. Well we found out he did. We had it professionally cleaned before we moved in repainted. And have done all we can. We’ve owned this since 2016 and we do not smoke nor does anyone we have had stay here. I appreciate the feedback and will take action on if there’s more we can do.

Wow- what a great place

Perfect location. Great communication with the owners. Best was the place was VERY clean which we appreciated. Owners also provided plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as zip lock bag, foil etc. Although we brought our own coffee, they had creamer and sugar which was awesome. Will totally plan to stay at this place again. -Bruce

Fabulous Stay

The process of checking in and communication with the hosts was top notch. We arrived at the location and it was as featured on the website. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. It was like staying at a friend’s house. Cozy blankets, the various refrigerated items, coffee, the availability of beach items, recommendations of places to eat. This was helpful because the hosts provided their personal experiences of the eateries. We would recommend this location and look forward to staying there again!

What an amazing condo! The condo was very cozy with a fun vibe. Very clean and organized well. We had absolutely everything we needed - it felt as though we were staying at a good friends house who thought of everything that we would need to make our stay special. The bed was comfortable with plenty of towels available in the bathroom and quality shower products to use. The stocked kitchen blew us away and let us relax even more. The condo is about a mile from everything you need too. We’ll surly be back!

Weekend SF stay

We wanted to stay outside of San Fran with access to the ocean and all seaside towns have to offer. This condo was the prefect choice as the commute to the city was easy and within 30 minutes. Lovely experience

Great halfmoon bay getaway near beach

Great property, perfect for two. Loved the full kitchen and large living space. Close to beach and short drive to half moon bay. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Decent rental

My disabled partner and I stayed here for the weekend as we were visiting for a wedding. All in all it was a decent stay in a quiet neighborhood. There were a few unexpexted inconveniences to note: 1) You have to go up two flights of stairs to access the condo. There was no mention about the stairs on the listing. The stairs made getting to the condo very difficult for my disabled partner. 2) Also, checkout instructions included cleaning tasks which did not make sense to me as we were already charged a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. 3) amenities included washer/dryer. The dryer was not working, which I realized after running a load in the washer. It was inconvenient having to pack up the wet clothes. Nonetheless, the host was kind. He was understanding when I had lent the iron to my family to use for the wedding and returned it after the check-out time. The host offers a nice relaxing space for able-bodied folks looking for an alternative to a hotel. Thank you for hosting!

Will works at Stanford as a Spine Rep for Medical Device Sales and Morgan is home with kiddos and is a Exec VP for a health and wellness company called Arbonne! Make sure to indulge in all the Arbonne you see around the condo!
