Property owners were very helpful and assisted us with something that we needed right away. They ordered it from Walmart and it was delivered two hours later. We would definitely rent it again. At first, we were a little bit concerned as we receive notification from some friends at Lake Webster had been closed due to the algae concerns. Unfortunately, a few members of our family didn’t come because of this, but it wasn’t the owners fault. The good news is that we were able to enjoy the lake via boating.

Loved our stay here! The place was so cute and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The game room was so cool and made for some fun evenings. Alison and Denys were so quick with responses for any questions we had. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Perfect Fall weekend

The house was better than we expected. We had a 16month old and there was a brand new pack and play for us to use. The house was clean, organized and ready for our family. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The owners were VERY responsive to all our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!

Upstairs is great

Downstairs was oddly noisy when upstairs people walked around. Since we had both apartments, that didn't bother us. We appreciated details like zoned AC, ceiling fans, and plenty of towels. Webster isn't a touristy location but the new Sam Slater Experience is worth a visit. We had a great time.

Spacious, great location, near lake

Nice location near water and has local restaurant/bar near-by. The property is not on water but has deck on lake. Worked out well for large group. Kitchen was minimally stocked- could use more containers with lids for leftovers. Upstairs kitchen had ants, yet told owner and she said they treated it already yet will again. Bed are very hard- not my preference. Convenient location to Boston and to Brimfield so worked out great for our trip. Large driveway for lots of parking. Comfy LR furniture in both units- good to lounge.

Simply amazing!

Our family was touring colleges in the Northeast and this was the perfect retreat! This place was big enough to spread out, but cozy enough to come together for meals and game nights! The deck area overlooking the lake was a perfect spot to relax. The house was easy to find and close to the grocery and restaurants. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and easy to communicate with.

Home for Christmas

We enjoyed our stay here and loved being close to family and back “home” for Christmas. The rental was nice and clean with some recent updates and was supplied with everything we needed. We did struggle getting the heat to come on with the thermostat a bit (it was 55* in the house when we arrived), but the host was able to access it online to get it going. This is the only thermostat for both apartments however, and my family in the basement apartment was often cold while we were too warm upstairs. The master shower upstairs is very tight, and we preferred the basement shower. We didn’t all get a chance to go down to the lake access due to the weather, so maybe next time! Hosts were communicative and friendly.

Excellent experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay. House is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hosts friendly and responsive. Convenient to restaurants and travel routes. Would definitely stay here again.

A cute little house near Webster Lake

Overall we were quiet happy with the house. Perhaps it was my mistake, but based on the pictures I expected the house to be on the lake. There is access at a property across the street for the houses use though. Otherwise the house was cute with plenty of couches for all and Roku TVs throughout. Though we didnt end up needing them, We rented both apartments. I was glad I did though because I liked the basement apartment's shower much better than the master bedrooms. The location was great- perfect for walks or biking. I'd like to come back in the summer time to make use of the beautiful lake!

Beautiful Property

This was the first time I have used VRBO and I was completely blown away by how great this experience was. This property was everything you could ask for. The owners gave clear instructions on rules of property and all necessary info before arrival and even though my family was there for a short time I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and relaxing home. I would love to return for a longer stay in the future.

Weekend Rental

Actual home away from home

We travel a lot as a family and have seen a lot of gems and a lot of trash. This place is by far one of the best properties we have stayed at. Felt right at home day one. The split level design worked out great. My parents took the downstairs and we took the upstairs which works great since we wake up a good 4hrs before them on the regular. House has all the amenities you could need. From utensils to toiletries. This is a very serene location right on Lake Chibaou... *can't spell the whole thing.* We had a blast just sitting on the lake deck and watching boats whizz by. Boston proper is only 1hr away so we had a blast visiting Boston too. Denys the host is one of the most responsive owners we've ever dealt with. Really pleasant and always willing to provide answers. Would definitely book with them again.

Webster lake stay

We very much appreciated the responsiveness of the owners when we had questions. They went above and beyond. The layout worked wonderfully for our family group of six adults and two children and we enjoyed the lake access and easy proximity to activities.
