A stay at this condo feels like a permanent vacation filled with sunrise walks, shuttle launch viewings, and manatee sightings.
About the unit... First floor fully-furnished and completely updated condo with new bathroom, kitchen, floors, and paint. Kitchen includes brand new dishwasher, disposal, microwave, fridge, granite counters, and cabinets. Unit also comes equipped with central air and fans in each room. Sliding glass doors and plenty of windows provide tons of sunlight. High speed internet and cable included. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the large patio with your very own palm tree. Parking is ample and right outside your unit.
About the area... Five minute walk to the beach with access right across from A1A. Plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shops within minutes. Cocoa Beach is approximately 20 minutes north and Kennedy Space Center is a short drive north of there. Message me for the best in local attractions (restaurants, shuttle launch viewing, wildlife sightings, kayak adventures, and more!).
About the Jamestown complex... Quiet but friendly area is well-maintained with pool access (key provided). Plenty of parking.

Our family rented a VRBO in the area for a month during the pandemic to get out of Ohio for the winter. We loved the area so much, that we bought this condo so we could extend our stay! Since we lived there for three months ourselves, we hope it has all you will need during your time on the Space Coast.
