Ly'an High Lodge - Venice Marina

Newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath houseboat in a great location on the front of B Dock. Listing features wireless internet, satellite TV, cell signal booster, washer/dryer, as well as brand new furniture and bedding. We have the largest front porch on the dock with fish cleaning table, ice machine, rocking chairs and gas grill.

Do not use towels to clean boats or handle fish. You will be charged $20 for each and every towel ruined.
No dogs inside house. If we find a dog or evidence of a dog inside you will be charged $250.

Ly’an High Lodge is always great. I have stayed there a few times and enjoyed it each time. Facility is clean, updated, great location and the host communicates great.

Great location, well updated house with everything you need for a great week of fishing or staying in the Venice LA area. Neil is an outstanding host, provides great communication, and a very clean house.
