The detached holiday home. The property is located at the edge of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Grižane. The holiday home is situated on a 1500 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is a 200-year-old farmhouse. The 1500 sqm plot with meadow and trees is located opposite the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 8 cars) on the property.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 3.5 km, town centre 4 km. Disco, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 4 km in Crikvenica. Novi Vinodolski 10 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 4 km in Crikvenica (beach 4 km in Crikvenica with sand, gravel, rocks and bathing platforms). Crikvenica: Tennis, mini golf, fishing, diving, water sports opportunities, boat rental, mooring each 4 km. Dog beach 5 km.

Kitchen with gas stove (2 burners), electric stove (2 hotplates), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and toilet.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
