Close to the train station and 700 meters from the beaches, this beautiful ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to four people.

It comprises a shower room with a separate toilet, a bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room with a sofa bed and access to a large terrace.

The apartment offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday!

Thanks to its location and private parking space within the residence, you can leave your car behind and enjoy exploring Collioure on foot.

You can also stroll around the heated communal swimming pool!

Enjoy afternoons in a bucolic setting!

Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.

Gute ruhige Lage,schöner Blick.Poolanlage schön gestaltet, aber der Pool war anfänglich nicht geheizt und nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Sehr hellhörig, Nachtisch fehlte,dafür Pappkarton. Liege auf Balkon defekt und das Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnet sich in den Hausflur. Kein Internet

Très mauvaise et très déçu par cette location à Collioure

Location qui correspond pas y l annonce fenêtre de chambre donnant sur le couloir et escalier que prenne les locataires donc vue sur la chambre un lit et oreiller tâches le dessous poussière poil de chien et surtout petites bêtes cafard puces cuisinepeu d ustensile pas de balai et chaises terrasse remplie de fientes oiseaux donc peu profiter pas possible de laisser les draps de bains à sécher piscine pas disponible tt le temps ce sont les copropriétaires qui gèrent cette piscine. Parking petit place souvent prises par copropriétaires ne venez avec un monospace pas d état des lieux à l arrivée et au départ on a contacté l agence qui s est déplacée mais qui a trouvé normal on a le soleil et la piscine on ne peut pas tt avoir selon eux nous sommes rentrés chez avec des cafards ds notre valise nous pensons qu il ya un gros souci avec cet appartement des propriétaires nous l ont confirmé les autres appartements de cette copropriété ne sont pas ds cet état nous en avons visité plusieurs par ailleurs agence incompétente face à cela et nous a pas écoute nous aurions constate tout ça dès le début nous aurions demander à être reloger au départ l agence de Collioure où fait à 9h30 tt était fermé nous étions plusieurs locataire a attendre il a fallu tel au gérant qui nous a dit de mettre les et la feuille d état des lieux ds la bte au lettre personne n'a été prévenu et perte d une heure certains avaient 1000km à faire pour la salubrité et l hygiène nous pensons aux autres locataires et ne comptons
