The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 people. Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom, as well as a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, perfect for children or friends.

The modern bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring optimal comfort during your stay. To enjoy the sunny days, a terrace is at your disposal, where you can relax and enjoy your meals outdoors.

You will also benefit from free access to the residence's swimming pool. For an even more relaxing experience, you have the option of accessing the sauna and hammam for an additional fee.

The Les Balcons d'Aix residence offers a privileged location, allowing you to easily explore the magnificent surroundings of La Feclaz. Whether you want to go hiking, mountain biking or enjoy winter activities, this apartment is an ideal starting point.

La Féclaz / Savoie Grand Revard is a ski resort where you can practice cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. The resort has 150 km of Nordic slopes and two alpine ski areas: one in La Féclaz and one in Revard. They allow for fun skiing, ideal for families or beginners.

Condo itself is small but fine. Hot. Could use a fan. Needs to be cleaned after. Condo that is privately rented out in a vacation rental complex. Vacational rental staff was almost hostile when we asked for help (internet did not work - trying to resolve this dominated our time). Communication with owner was the worst on our trip. Waiting for the one and only key (to be delivered by the owners French-only speaking mother from a nearby village) took a while. Recommend delisting from Expedia and/or Vrbo.
