Cozy stay in a great location

Had a great stay in this cozy studio. Bed was incredibly comfy. Perfect location for exploring Delray with almost everything within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. I wish the bathroom was a little larger.

Great spot!

Cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. It's a great little spot for one or two. Short walk to the ICW and downtown! But please note: The bathroom is a top contender for the world's smallest, so it may not work or could even be hazardous for plus-sized guests or those unsure of their feet.

Absolutely lovely studio perfect for the business traveler or solo vacationer lovely little get away

Loved the area very peaceful. A few blocks to Atlantic and you have great cafes and boutiques. Loved the beach. It was the best spot in this business trip down to Florida thank you!!! I will book again

Pretty & Bright Apt in fantastic location

Loved my 8 day stay. Apt was a delight. It is small/cozy, quiet and secure. Location was a couple of blocks from everything. The beach pass entitling us to a cabana and 2 chairs was pure luxury! I hope to book for next year. Everything was perfect. (How I wish I could convince the owner to put in a pool, because that would be amazing!!)

Cleverly designed space!

Beautiful location and grounds. So quiet. Lots of natural light from windows, and the space was smartly designed--everything you really need. Communication was excellent--so helpful. Loved this.

Good location, hard to find it.

I was very disappointed. I arrived late in the evening, it was difficult to find the alley, it was pitch black. Before I reached the stairs leading into the room, I had to cross a soggy grass with a patch of dirt. Couldn't roll my luggage, had to carry it. The bathroom is extremely small. Anyone weighing more than 150 lbs will have a hard time to move in there. There was no soap, or shampoo as advertised. I had to run to nearest CVS to get a soap so I can wash may hands after all day travel. The carpet was in a dire need of cleaning. Next time I book a nice hotel room.

Cutest place ever, amazing location.

I adored this place and everything about it. So clean, tidy, organized and perfect for one person staying a few days. Beach pass was a huge plus.

Fabulous studio in a fabulous location.

The place worked out great. We were used to studio apartments so we understood the place would be small. The managers of the studio could not have been nicer or more helpful. The location was fantastic. The only thing we would have enjoyed having was a beach pass like we had in previous rentals in Del Ray.

Cute and well-kept studio

The studio is exactly how it looks on the picture. Nicely arranged and very comfortable. Its best attribute is the location. A couple of blocks from Atlantic Ave, within walking distance from restaurants, shops and the free trolley that takes you to the beach, if you don't want to walk the few blocks that will take you there. Having a Beach Pass is a wonderful addition since it makes getting a couple of chairs and umbrella a stress-free goody. The only set back is the size and distribution of the bathroom. It is indeed small but, for one or two persons and just a few days, it is manageable. It would help if shower curtain were plastic/nylon rather than fabric. Overall, we had a very nice stay! Thank you!

An excellent place to stay in Delray.

The property was perfect for 2 people. We were very comfortable and everything was clean and attractive. The only drawback is that the bathroom is extremely small. The location is excellent! Also, our hosts were warm, friendly, and very helpful. We really enjoyed being there.

Little charmer

Great location! Very walkable area! We rented for Thanksgiving as we have family that lives very nearby on Palm Trail. The unit is aeccessed through the alley which was a bit iffy. Over all a great little. place with lots of charm. Perfect for what we needed. Very light, cheery and sunny! We will definitely return during other family occasions!

We had a wonderful week in Delray Beach. The studio was perfect for our needs because of the close proximity to the beach and downtown area. Jeff was great as far as helping us with all our needs, we couldn't have asked for more!

Wonderful Studio in Delray

After three years of not having a real vacation we headed down to Delray for some much needed R&R! We arrived at night, breathed in the warm December air, put away our clothes and walked the town. In the morning we awoke to beautiful flowers outside our window, palm trees and birds singing. We walked to Publix grocery, which is very close and grabbed a few things for the week. We cooked frozen biscuits every morning with champagne and coffee, and enjoyed our morning outside at the patio table. No one else was on the property at the time of our stay so we felt secluded. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the room was extremely clean and lived up to our expectations. There is a TV with cable, but we didn't use it. The beach is a very short and beautiful walk, and the owner had beach passes for us to use umbrellas and chairs at no additional cost. That was a major bonus for us. We were able to bring a small cooler with beer and snacks and spent everyday on the beach. The studio is centrally located in Delray. Excellent restaurants, Dada being our favorite, countless bars, coffee shops, retail and anything else you could need is literally within walking distance. No car needed in this town! We would definitely stay again and are already planning our next trip!

Delray Beach Studio

Essentially the studio was very nice and the location made it perfect. A 5 minute walk to the main shopping/eating area in Delray Beach, and an additional 10 minute walk to the ocean - with it’s public beach. A nice plus was to be provided with a pass to get the free use of lounge chairs with shade protection once at the ocean. The house has a beautiful and large backyard, however, we were not allowed to use it when first floor tenants were in residence. This could have been a disappointment, however, for most of our stay there was not a first floor tenant. I would rent this studio again.

Delray Vacation House

The house was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We stayed there for a wedding we were a part of at the Morakami and it was close and only a 10-15 minute drive. We had a problem with the hot water when we first arrived, but that same day the plumber came and fixed the problem. They were quick to attend to any problem we had and were accommodating from the beginning. The house itself was homey and comfortable. It was walking distance from downtown, which is a nice area. We would definitely stay here again and even thinking of returning back for a yearly anniversary celebration. I would definitely, hands down recommend this place to anybody who would like to feel comfortable and have all the necessities of your own house.

Cozy and light filled

The studio was clean and bright. I appreciated the owners accurate description of the small bathroom. He didn't try to hide anything. It was small, but clean and just fine for our purposes. We were off the main street so it was quiet at night but the walk to night life was short and we could have walked to the beach but usually drove and always found free parking near by. The property manager who lives on the main floor of the property was helpful in answering questions but allowed us our privacy too. The owner was easy to contact by email and up front with pricing and returned our deposit within 2months of staying there.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. I can warmly recommend this accommodation. Tastefully furnished, spacious and a very beautiful garden. In quiet neighborhood but near main street (within walking distance).

BEST TIME EVER, THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL

Just returned from 3 weeks at property. Had the time of my life! i am a mature single retired woman. Loved being able to walk everywhere...town, beach. Truthfully, I didnt need a car! Even the supermarket and drug store are walking distance. This town has all the bells and whistles, great restaurants, charm galore, and completely safe. Outstanding Farmers Market on Saturday morning. The beach is gloriously beautiful. The back yard full or flowers and trees, and a most comfortable lounge. i only used the A/C a few times, i enjoyed the cross ventilation. Definitely wonderful!

Fabulous Experience

We stayed in this small unit for a week and loved it. The unit is exactly as advertised, clean, well appointed, comfortable and close to all the action in Delray. The owners were helpful and attentive. There is a steep set of steps leading to the unit, which could be a problem for some. Also, the bathroom is very small. However this was a minor inconvenience when compared to the charm and location of the rental. We kept our car parked nearly all week and walked a few short blocks to restautants, shops and the beach every day. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We highly recommend this rental and the vibrant Delray area.
