Welcome to Cozy Creek Cottage! Located at the north end of Lake Keowee, this brand new construction cottage offers space for up to 10 guests. The cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms along with a large loft offering a bunk bed, comfy sleeper sofa (full size) and entertainment center. The basement offers a fun-filled game room for all ages with a pub-sized pool table, dart board, old school classic arcade machine with 300 games, card table along with a media entertainment center.

Enjoy natural light throughout the home through the extra large windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding trees and the large pond across the way. Outside on the spacious tree-top deck, relax while grilling, read your favorite book or enjoy star filled nights as the on-property running creek serenates you with two cascading waterfalls. If that doesn't do it for you, then head down to the shady and cool basement deck and lounge on the spacious full size swing bed or simply melt your stress away as you dip yourself in the brand new 76 jet hot tub that seats up to 6 guests. This lovely cottage is located in the gated community of Cedar Creek located right next door to The Reserve at Lake Keowee.

This cottage is nestled just a short drive away from several of South Carolina's nationally acclaimed state parks and preserves that include hiking trails, mountain biking, fishing, and pretty much any outdoor adventure from advanced to beginner. Far enough away from traffic noise and city lights, you are only a short drive away from downtown Seneca, Easley, and Pickens. Visit each of these incredible quaint towns and stop in to explore amazing restaurants, antique stores, bakeries and ale house/breweries. For Clemson fans, this cottage is located just 25 minutes from campus.

For those interested in enjoying the warm and pristine waters of north Lake Keowee, a 22 foot 2018 Bennington tri-toon is available for your use. Take a short ride to the community's private marina/dock where the tri-toon is parked in deep water slip #9. BOAT RENTAL FEE IS SEPERATE. Please inquire for terms and rate.

Spring Break

Absolutely loved this house. I rented it so my parents, my sister and her husband and kids, me and my husband and my son could all spend spring break together. My husband and I discovered Lake Jocassee and Keowee and we loved it. We were so excited to share it with my family and my son. This house was in the perfect location, very nice community and was so close to a hiking trail. Being able to rent the boat was a nice addition to all the house offered. We wanted to completely relax and this house has all that you need to be able to do that. The house is decorated beautifully. The living room is a nice place to relax and read a book. The bed was very comfortable and they had a nice large bathroom right next to it. My family said they slept great. Everyone was blown away by how nice the place was. The upstairs is a great place for the kids to hang out and the deck outside has a nice table to eat at. The grocery stores are 20 minutes or more away (the host lets you know this) I found out that Instacart will deliver groceries to this location. That was pretty awesome since we wanted to fully relax and didn’t want to spend any time stuck in traffic or at a grocery store. We had a wonderful time and the host responded so quickly and was so nice. You will love staying here.

Lake getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. A great property with a lot of amenities inside and outside. Although we only used it as a place to stay as we were golfing at an adjacent property, it suited our needs perfectly!

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful! We all enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and media room as well as the fire pit. Plenty of space for everyone. The downstairs bathroom is very large. We tended to use that one more than the master bath. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The grill worked great. We were very happy with our stay. We enjoyed venturing out to Long Shoals and other nearby trails.

Very clean and cozy cabin

We really had a great time there. We spent most of the time in the cabin. No need to leave the property at all. There are lots of board games, a pool table and a hot tub. Overall, we really love this place.
