**BRAND NEW BUILD** (BOAT SLIP AVAILABLE AT MARINA) Enjoy our 3000 sq. ft. open concept modern lodge, nestled away in a private lakeside community. Listen to the stream and waterfall from the patio deck that is surrounded by trees as you drink your morning coffee, then enjoy a five minute stroll down to the marina and enjoy the tranquil clear water of Lake Keowee.

The open concept main level features a master bedroom with king size bed and a private ensuite. Upstairs you will find two additional queen size bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Down stairs in the basement, not only will you find a second master bedroom with king size bed, but there is also a bunk room featuring two sets of twin over full bunk beds! The basement also has game room equipped with an air hockey table, two arcade machines, a pinball machine, a giant connect four, and numerous board games and puzzles! The lodge also features two large covered decks equipped with a BBQ grill, seating area and dining table with seating for eight! While outdoors, enjoy the serenity of nature with our fire pit - it's the perfect spot to unwind, roast marshmallows, and soak in the tranquility of the Lake Escape Lodge!

All rooms are equipped with Roku Smart TVs - just bring your login details to use the apps!

Great dining, shopping, hiking trails and outdoor adventures are close by - we're conveniently located about 30 minutes from everything! And, if you don't care to leave the lodge, Instacart will deliver your necessities to the house!

Our private community also features a Pickleball court - Pickleball paddles (4) and balls are available for use and located in the Lodge!

The house was exactly as advertised. The house was spotless. Comfortable beds. We had a total of twelve (6 adults and 6 children). There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room. Great deck to unwind after a long day. The host was quick to respond to any question I had. Would stay again.

The house is really new and very comfortable. The kitchen and living space was great for the group to hang out and enjoy our time together. The double decks gave great space for enjoying the outdoors as well. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. A great stay!

The home was immaculate. It was surrounded by nature and extremely private and peaceful. We had a momma deer with 3 baby fawns literally right off the deck that we watched most mornings! It was a short walk to the docks where you could swim and/or dock a boat with the use of the owners private slip, we did both. The area was on the remote side which worked for us but most stores were within a 30 min drive as well as most restaurants. We mostly cooked/grilled and enjoyed the modern kitchen and massive decks with plenty of seating. The game room got a lot of use, my only suggestion here is maybe a little more seating but either way was highly enjoyable. The bedding was extremely comfortable which in our experience is on the rare side so that was much appreciated. All in all our family had one of our best vacations and would highly recommend this home.

The house was perfect and in a great location. It was very relaxing hearing the sounds of the brook in the backyard while sitting on the back porch enjoying the view. The house is great for small and large groups alike and the game room was a hit for the kids and adults. The host made great suggestions and was communicative. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back.

We just returned from an excellent stay at the Lake Escape Lodge. The home is as pictured; clean, new, and the furniture and amenities comfortable. The lake access is a 5-minute walk away. We enjoyed bringing our stand-up paddleboards and getting some sun on the dock. We did not rent a boat, however if we stayed for additional days or over the warmer months, I would definitely recommend securing a boat prior. We also played pickleball several times on their community court. Firepit was also great! Communication with the hosts was easy. Definitely recommend for a peaceful retreat away from home.

We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was spacious enough for our family of 8 and had a peaceful, tranquil setting. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch listening to the stream and mini waterfall within the tree line. Host communication was EXCELLENT before, during, and after our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The attention to detail throughout the house was evident, and the coffee bar with supplied K-cups was a very nice touch. The price point matched the quality and experience we received. The only minor drawback was the steep driveway entering the property, but after a couple trips it became second nature. Our suggestion is to back into the driveway, which makes leaving a lot easier. The owners are also very supportive of the military, so military families may want to contact the owner directly about possible additional discounts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Go Tigers!

Nice comfortable place

We had an amazing 10 days here, the house was perfect for our family, the kids loved the game room, the house had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location and near to all the things we had planed.

Family and friends lake getaway

We rented a pontoon and explored the lake all week. Returning to the home each evening was a relaxing retreat but our favorite part of the home was enjoying coffee on the deck surrounded by nature.
