This is a great 2 bedroom house located in "the Avenues" of Chico. Both beds have super comfy Sealy Posturepedic queen-sized mattresses.

The house is a 2 minute walk to Enloe Hospital and one mile from Chico State / downtown.

The place comes with typical kitchen cookware, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

There is a large 65" TV with Apple TV and soundbar / subwoofer.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and a nice private sitting area in the backyard.

There is second 2 bedroom house on the same lot that is completely separate from this property that is also available for rent. This could be a great option if you are looking to book a second property with friends or family close by but still want your privacy. The two backyards are connected by a gate.

Perfect rental!

One of the best rental properties we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many! Chris's property was thoughtfully laid out and really felt like a home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, bathroom essentials provided and kitchen was well equipped. Location was also perfect for us to get to Chico State and we would definitely have walked had it not been in the 90s. I think this will become one of our "go-tos" for visiting.

Excellent host and property

The host was very responsive to an issue at check-in, with quick and thoroughly satisfactory resolution. The house was comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely backyard space. Would absolutely stay here again!

Over all just fine for what we needed. The only thing is it would be a big plus to use the garage to store our bikes and rafting gear, but we managed.

Quiet Location close to downtown

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The check in process was very convenient, and the property manager communicated promptly. It has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The only recommendation I have would be to have a few more towels (washcloths on hand:). but other than that, the beds were comfortable and the air worked! We were just a short distance to downtown Chico, but the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe staying here. Would definitely book again.

Clean place in nice neighborhood

Nice clean place in an alley. It served is well and was clean in a good location. No issues other than every clock in every room reads a different time up to 1+ hour difference- probably a ghost, but harmless hahaha

quiet, convenient, and comfortable

The cottage is just off the street in an ally in a quiet neighborhood about two blocks from Enloe. A nice neighborhood for morning walks. Parking is convenient right in front of the door. The place was clean, all appliances and A/C working as intended, plenty of counter space in the bathroom. TV and wi-fi worked great. Would book again!

Perfect Location

We traveled from Tennessee to Chico CA to visit our daughter in Chico CA. This home was one block from my daughter. It is also one block from Enloe Medical Hospital. Perfect for traveling nurses. Communication and check-in was so easy. We plan on staying here each time we visit.
