Off the kitchen, discover a queen bedroom sharing a bathroom with a charming bunk-room, complete with shiplap walls and nautical portholes—an ideal haven for kids. The master bedroom, featuring a queen bed, is conveniently located across the hall, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Outdoors, the home shines with ample space for everyone to enjoy. A screened-in porch off the living room provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Towards the back, a deck with teak chairs surrounds a private pool, offering plenty of lounge space. The 17ft by 35ft pool, with a 10ft sun lounge, can be heated in fall and cooled in summer, ensuring year-round enjoyment. A charcoal grill and seating area with a table for 4, along with high-top bar seating under the house, create a delightful setting for outdoor dining. Follydelight also features an outdoor shower and two designated parking spaces.

*Guests are responsible for any/all pool-related expenses such as, but not limited to: pool heating, draining, cleaning outside of regular monthly service, etc. Removing pool vacuum will result in a $500 fine*

*PLEASE NOTE* Kindly contact our team at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to request that the pool be heated for your stay. Please note if the ambient air temperature is less than 60 degrees, the pool will not heat optimally.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival*
