This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is overlooking the Folly river for some of the best sunsets in the Charleston area! The unit is only 2 doors down from the pool and dock access so you have the convent location without the noise. The dock features a large pier head as well as a large floating dock. The pool also looks over the beautiful marsh and Folly River. It is a short walk to the beach as well as Restaurants and shopping. There is a garage as well as a carport just outside the garage which will fit 2 cars. ****Contact owner about off season monthly rate****

Great location and perfect fit for our family needs. Just some basic cleaning supplies missing like a mop or anything to wipe up some cooking spills. Paper towels were there, but no cleaners. Overall a great place and great communication!

Location was fantastic!! Loved the outdoor views, dock and pool access. Very nice property, however could use some upgraded living room furniture. Kitchen was lacking in the glassses, pots & pans, utensils, so could use some updates there. Overall, we really liked the location and renting a golf cart for the week made it even better. We would stay again! Owner was very responsive to any messages and sent someone to change batteries in the door lock during the week.

Such a cute condo! Great view, 2 doors down from the pool. Stacy was fantastic, she answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay again. Our family had a great weekend, thanks again!

Needs some updates but overall it was fine. The couch and chairs in the living room are not comfortable and have some age on them. The patio furniture was old and worn. The kitchen table was worn and not level. The mattresses were all good. The pull out couch of course isn't comfortable and there was no sheets for it. The parking isn't ideal. The carport wasn't tall enough for our large Tahoe so we had to park outside of the condo area on a residential side street and one of us had to walk to get it when we needed it. It was hard to open the doors to the vehicles in the car port just due to space and the fact that the trash cans were also there. So we had to let people get out of the car before we parked under the car port. The sinks didn't drain water well but not sure if that was just due to the elevation or what. Overall it was ok but could use some TLC.

The thermostat was set to not go below 70 degrees and the house rules said not to set below 72. It was very warm in the condo and the weather was not even warm. Would be very hot during summer. The condo was dusty under beds. Closet door was down and lying in the floor in the upstairs bedroom when we arrived. The condo needs some TLC.

Overall, Stacy's place was very nice. The house was perfect for a few couples looking to get away for the weekend. Having three separate bedrooms and baths was perfect. The townhouse was very clean and within walking distance of Center Street with all that Folly Beach has to offer. Day trips to Charleston are only 30 minutes by car. I would highly recommend Stacy's place.

We will definitely rent again. Clean, convenient to downtown and beach, fishing and sunbathing ready, reading on the porch, really comfortable beds - it was all wonderful!

Phenomenal vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.

Overall the size and location of this property was perfect and exactly as described. We reserved this unit for 5 people (myself, wife, daughter and her two friends) and had plenty of room to spare. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed our time. Working with the host was incredibly easy. She had contacted me days prior with all the check-in and check-out instructions. Everything in the unit worked as expected. Rooms were as described. Having a garage was amazing! Being on the beach, late June, with incredibly sunny days - you want a garage to keep the car cool.Location is within a 1/4 mile of getting onto the island - very easy to get to once on the island. From the unit, you can get to coffee shops, shopping, dining, and the beach within a 10 minute walk. It is easy to get off the beach/island to go to some other restaurants or Charleston without taking too much time. Main reason for dropping one star. As seen in some other reviews -- the unit needs a little TLC. 1. Paint needs a touch up (specifically trim/molding). 2. Many of the AC vents are very dusty / rusty (rust can be expected in the high humidity area). 3. The grout in corners of the bathroom could use a good scrubWe found the bed in the primary room to be uncomfortable. There was a 2inch foam pad that just made the bed too soft and hot. The fitted sheet didn't fit the bed with this pad so every night the sheets would pull off the mattress as you slept. Ugh. Overall, the unit was a good fit for our vacation

Great place and location

The location is great and the property is great to with the dock and marina area. Close to everything in town and the beach. Rooms need a bit of updating but clean. Cool place.
