This large property of 1,430m² is divided into 2 distinct parts:



The living space:

This charming house fitted out and decorated with care consists of 2 independent bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140) and all the ideal furniture for your storage.

In addition, domed mosquito nets are available for each bed.

Don't worry, the breeze from the peninsula is more than enough to cool you down and the house is naturally ventilated.



The living room, meanwhile, offers you air-conditioned comfort with, on the one hand, a sleeping area with a Queen size bed (160) delimited by a screen, and on the other hand, a convertible sofa (ideal for 2 children). Television, unlimited wifi, safe, board games, everything you need for your moments of relaxation;



Regarding your meals, the Motu Nono Beach View offers a kitchen open to the living room. (fridge freezer, crockery, utensils, oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, water fountain, electric barbecue, raclette machine....)

You have everything you need for your stay!



*Just 10 minutes from Fare Nono Beach View, you can treat your taste buds at the Boulangerie de Afaahiti. Croissant, pain coco, pain au chocolat, baguette,... You'll have a multitude of options to satisfy your cravings and perfect your dream breakfast!



The property also has a terrace at the entrance of the house with a washing machine, a drying rack and bins (green waste and household waste).

The rear terrace will allow you to have your breakfast (the bakery is 2 steps from the property) and to enjoy the garden and the direct view of the lagoon. A pierrade area has been set up for your evening grills or your marshmallow skewers...



Seaside Area - Fare Potee

You will spend a good part of your time in this seaside space, specially fitted out for your greatest pleasure with a direct view of the Motu.



An independent Fare is at your disposal. It consists of a room with an extra 140 bed, a separate shower room with WC, a covered terrace with everything you need for cooking (sink, hotplates, crockery).

A barbecue is also available.

The hammock will be ideal for your siestas in the shade of the palm trees, deck chairs will allow you to admire the sunset, the dining area under the pergola will be the ideal place to share your meals while letting your toddlers frolic in the huge garden.

A double kayak and a single kayak are provided with life jackets and will allow you to get in the water via the slipway to explore the lagoon.
