Hi, My wife and I from Chicago and recently purchased this condo to enjoy a little in the winter months when we can get down here. We plan on moving full time in a few years but until then we will rent it out.

We choose this area to be close to my wife's father since he retired down here . We loved this property for the wide open areas and the private feeling you get sitting out on the lanai with nobody behind you just palm trees

This condo has a very private feel as there is nothing behind you, and when you sit out on the lanai at night it is very peaceful. There are also walking and biking paths around the condo to enjoy
