Beautiful 1-bedroom ocean view villa with private pool. (New no additional fees rate. Cleaning and booking fees included).

Relax on the private pool deck with brand new patio furniture featuring chaise lounges, table seating for 4, and a gas grill. Sweet dreams await you in the four-poster king sized master suite, complete with French doors that open to the pool deck and allow for the ocean breezes to keep you cool. The shower is a fully stocked oversized marble shower with room for two. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances, including a Keurig latte machine, will make you feel right at home. Mojito Hill includes many conveniences such as a smart TV, wifi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and much more. Extra guests are no problem, as the couch features a pull-out bed. Villa Madeleine is a gated community on St. Croix’s relaxing East End, where you will enjoy the privacy, amazing views, tennis court, and close proximity to the Reef Golf Course, Duggan’s Reef restaurant, Divi Casino and Resort, Grapetree beach to the south and Reef Beach to the north. All these amenities are within walking distance, but do require traversing a steep hill, so driving is typically preferred. We have an on-island manager, and Tom & Hillery are available at any time via email/text/phone if needed. If you don't see the dates you are looking for, please message us, we also have a Splash of Lime in the same complex that has a spectacular northern facing view.

A stay worth repeating

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mojito Hill at Villa Madeline. It was great to walk in and see the exact view from the primary picture! The location was perfect for our week and the views were gorgeous. We enjoyed the convenience of the pool and floaties and found it to be a welcome respite during a very busy week. We did some "work from home" while there and the internet was solid, even during a brief loss of power. The bed was comfy, albeit a bit high. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, though other than reheating some leftovers we opted not to cook. Minor issues with the air conditioner in the bedroom were quickly dealt with and we had a comfortable stay. The Villa is showing some signs of age but nothing that hampered our stay. It may be worth a warning to avoid the navigation option down East Maggie Hill Drive, which is barely a 2-track and requires 4-wheel drive and a general disregard for vehicle scratches. The villa itself is definitely a stay we would repeat.

Privacy in Paradise

Property is an amazing set-up with gorgeous views....Wonderful private pool & patio!! We enjoyed coffee (K-Cups thanks to the hosts) in the mornings & the grill for dinners in the evening. Great access to beaches, hiking, & all the local happenings. Property Managers made everything about our stay easy, convenient & stress free. Extremely thorough in all follow-up!! We absolutely love our experiences at Mojito Hill & hope to continue staying here when we visit in the future!!

RELAXATION

Beautiful liitle Villa with great views and pool privacy. No oven, but the toaster oven met our needs. No stovetop but a temporary 2 burner situation. We cooked on the grill and dined al fresco every night. Loved every minute.

Rested and Relaxed!

This property was exactly what I needed to relax and recharge! Upon entering the property and seeing the amazing views from the front door, I immediately felt relaxed. The property is well maintained and fully stocked with literally everything I needed. The bed is extremely comfortable and the oversized shower is fabulous! The pool is beautiful and private and the chairs and loungers are very comfortable. The screens on the doors were a welcome surprise although I didn’t experience any bugs. The property manager was very attentive to my needs and responded quickly to any inquiries. The entire week was awesome and I can’t wait to get back to Mojito Hill!

Extra Vacation Time

Extended our St. Croix stay at the last minute and was able to book this villa. Very nice villa with a great pool & view. One item to note is that parking can fill up at the villa. There were cars blocking us in so we had to ask the neighbors to move. No issues just something to be aware of.

Great views and great privacy

My wife and I just got back from a fantastic week at this beautiful villa. The place was well stocked and very comfortable. The owners and managers were very responsive. We enjoyed the private pool tremendously.

Amazing

To say anything less than amazing would be a lie. The view was beautiful the house was perfect for 2 couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner reached out to us and stood in touch in case we needed anything. Can’t wait till next year

Tom and Hillery are both Real Estate professionals with a combined 45 years of Real Estate experience, mostly in commercial real estate development and management. We discovered St Croix almost by accident. With Covid running rampant in 2020, and international travel not an option for us, we ventured to St Croix to avoid international travel restrictions. We immediately fell in love with the island. Having the ability to choose from several breathtaking beaches frequently by ourselves, was all we needed to know this was the place for us. We purchased Mojito Hill in May of 2021. Just prior to closing Mojito Hill, Splash of Lime became available. We made an offer within an hour of it hitting the market, and now have two amazing St Croix Villas. In September of 2021, we decided and add a more mountainy property to our offering, and we selected Blue Ridge for its beautiful mountain scenery, rivers, great downtown restaurants and dozens of nearby local wineries. Our favorite thing to do in St Croix is to take a backpack cooler (provided), drive to the eastern most beach in the US, take a 15 minute hike down to Isaac's Bay, enjoy a few Local Vodka Seltzers (frequently on an empty beach), take a dip in the ocean, then return to the Villa and sit by the private pool and watch the sun go behind the mountains.

St Croix is one of the best kept secrets in the Caribbean. Here you won't find a shoreline with high rise condos, mega resorts and over crowded beaches. Instead you can find the island in its natural beauty. With Splash of Lime and Mojito Hill located in the east end, you will find number of spectacular beaches in their natural state. With a little searching you can usually find one where you can have the beach to yourself. The snorkeling the grotto at buck Island is among the best in the world. You can't miss Ziggy's while visiting. Situated off the main highway and along the side a gas station, first impressions can be a little misleading. Your expectations will be blown away with beautiful ocean views, cosmopolitan menu that would rival any big city and a level of services that makes you feel like family.
