OCEAN FRONT amazing east end home on beautiful Holden Beach. PET FRIENDLY with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Beach access is across the low traffic street. Lovely inverted floor plan beach home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 8. There is 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Cleanliness is a priority and fresh linens are furnished and beds are made upon arrival. There are hardwood floors throughout and ocean views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a covered deck. The first floor has 3 bedrooms. A king bedroom with private bath. A queen bedroom and the twin bedrooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. The washer/dryer is also located on this level. Second level is a queen bedroom with private bath. Also on this level is a 1/2 bath off the living area. The living area opens onto a large upper porch with chairs and rockers. There is a large dining table that seats 8 and is also great for board games. The kitchen is fully equipped new appliances and solid surface countertops.
There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and dressing area.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The house offers free high speed wifi and is a great option when working remotely.
If you must work while vacationing there is a handy folding desk in the upper level bedroom closet.

Great place to stay

Great house for the week! Communication very easy with the property manager, and the couple issues that we ran into were quickly resolved with the manager. The house could definitely use some improvements as it was a little dated and drafty, but the location could not be better!

Quiet Beach Front Property

The location felt safe and quiet. Beach access was easy and the beach wasn’t crowded. The house was nice, spacious and well stocked.Would recommend new locks for the doors as not all of them worked. Overall, a great beach rental and recommend to others!

Great vacation

This is the second year we have rented this property for our beach vacation and it was another great experience. Perfect location and the elevator made it possible for grandparents to enjoy the week as well. The property manager, Gina, was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay! As advertised! Short walk to beach! Had an issue with the clothes dryer but they tried to repair it next day, very thankful for their attentiveness!

Amazing beach views

Enjoyed our week at the beach. Loved the great views. Short walk to beach aces was great! Plenty of room for our family if 8. Great kitchen! The covered porch was the best part of the house!!!!

"Holden" on to Fond Memories

Property was great and met all of our family needs. Pet friendly, which is so hard to find in a beach front home. Access to the beach was great and the elevator was a life saver for the senior members of our family. We will forever "Hold-On" to the memories we made at Holden Beach.

Location, cleanliness and Realtor were great, but the house needs maintenance. Several exterior and interior doors were very hard to open or close. AC filters were old, dirty and musty. I installed new air filters, but the house (especially lower floor) smelled musty/moldy all week. All 4 bathrooms had been updated and were very clean. The kitchen was clean and well supplied with dishes and cookware, but the cabinet doors are delaminating.

Thank you for stopping to look at our new home. Just like you, we found Hold-On-Beach on VRBO, while looking for a relaxing family beach get-a-way. At the time, the three most important things to my family were being close to the beach/ocean, cleanliness and the ability to work remotely from the house. Hold-On-Beach succeeded my expectations and the fantasy of owning an ocean front home become a reality. Now that this is our family home, it is important to me that visitors to our house are able to have the same experience I did. I strive to make sure the house is clean and everything is in working order so guests can relax, have fun and can also feel comfortable that, if necessary, they can schedule an important business video conference call from the home. I have two young children, so I look forward to my kids growing up in the house and making a lifetime of memories. Hopefully you can make some great memories here too.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Location, location, location. This house is as close to the beach as possible, without being directly on the sand and without a private path, which is ideal to me. The dunes and street in between the house and the ocean give us added protection. We are located on the east end of Holden-Beach, which is extremely quiet and experiences very little traffic compared to the west end. The location is also wonderful because it allows you to sit out on the deck, watch surfers and the sunset, all without every leaving the house or getting sandy.
