The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modern and practically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Location
Kampor. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot with a lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved, length 50 m). Parking (for 5 cars) in the garage and on the property. Garage available on request for a fee.

Air conditioning. Cot and Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa (suitable for under 11 years), TV and dining area (6 places). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (100 l, freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet ...

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Terrasse ist immer benutzbar, der Blick auf die Bucht ist wunderbar. Der Tommy Store ist 4 Minuten entfernt, der Suha Punta Strand (der beste Strand auf der Insel Rab) 5 Minuten und der Mel Strand 9 Minuten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann den Grill draußen benutzen, wann immer man will. Alice ist sehr nett, sie hat uns am selben Morgen warmen Kuchen gebacken.

Alles im allen waren wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Allerdings werde wir nicht mehr über holiday-home buchen, da das Service sehr unfreundlich ist und die Bezahlmethoden aus dem vor Internetzeitalter stammen (Bareinzahlung und Fax umständlicher geht es nicht).
