Fully Renovated Beach Condo

The Yacht Club at Madeira Beach is located on Boca Ciega Bay and is less than a 10 minute walk to the white sandy beach. You can watch dolphins or fish from one of three fishing decks and see the amazing sunsets on the beach. MBYC is a gated well maintained facility.

MBYC is a private community that has suffered from the damage that Helene caused in September 2024. Our community has stayed strong and is still in process of being rebuilt. Our condo has been fully remodeled due to the storm. We are very proud of our new condo.

MBYC has two outdoor heated pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating tables, and fishing piers. Restaurants, shopping, bars and a public park are all within walking distance to this complex. John's pass is a short drive away.

Our unit is a 1st floor, two bedroom, one bath condo that is approximately 750 square foot. It has a fully- equipped kitchen. The master bedroom includes a king size bed. The second bedroom includes a full size bunk bed. This unit has a washer/dryer.

No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged $800.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor. No pets allowed.

$175.00 one time cleaning fee.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require that at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.

Two dishwasher pods will be provided and a small a small amount of detergent and softner. The bathroom will be provided with two rolls of toilet paper. Each sink with have soap. There will be one garbage bag and one paper towel for the kitchen. Linens, bath towels and beach towels will be provided.

Please provide your personal toiletries (shampoo, and bath soap).

If there are six guests a queen blow up bed will be provided, please notify host if needed beforehand. The full top bunk bed only allows for one person to sleep on it.

Additional Rules:
A photo ID will be required upon arrival during front office hours to get parking pass. Office is closed Saturdays & Sundays, open for guests Monday-Friday:9am-1pm.
Please respect our condo just as you would respect your home. Excessive noise or rowdy complaints from owners will possibly require removal without a refund by condo association.

Please be respectful of the 11am check-out time, so that the cleaning service can begin their work promptly, as they have other cleaning service appointments to meet.

For the Hoa/ office I will need some information from your reservation to register your stay. A few weeks before you check in I will reach out to make sure everything is still as planned and will require all the full names of the adults and the number of children staying if any. I would need to know the number of parking passes ( max is 2) and one address and phone number for the registration.

Disclaimer: Please note that the thermostat has been set to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and should not be adjusted below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature has been chosen to ensure the proper functioning of the A/C system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.

Great Plac

We had a great time, we were close to everything. Beach was a stone’s throw away. This was the second time we stayed at Mederia Beach, lots of restaurants shopping!

Excellent little gem

We loved everything about this place- it was walking distance to many places. it was well stocked with everything you needed for the week and Carlos was very responsive with his messages. I would highly recommend this place!

My daughter and granddaughter came to Florida from Oregon. We couldn't have had a better time .

Everything was more than we would ever expect. I look forward to staying at that same condo in the future. Close to the beaches. stores and great restaurants.

Very nice!

We loved our stay. Everything was super smooth and the host checked in often. Super close to the beach. It was a little bit of a bummer that the playground was closed but not the hosts fault at all! The beds were SO comfy and a dream to sleep in

Great vocation

The house is near cvs, publix, five minutes walking from the beach and it's easy communication with the owner if you need something you can text himdirectly and also the house is near restaurant

Amazing Condo

This condo has everything you need for a stay. Owner Carlos reached out to make sure of it. I stayed in 10 other condos in this area and this one by far is the best one. Very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this unit!!!

Perfect location close to the beach

The condo was super cute and in a great location! The condo came with everything needed for our stay. Very close to the store for food items and restaurants for the evenings out. The beach was just a short walk and the beach had attendants to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from that were very affordable. Carlos was great at communicating with us and very friendly. 5 out of 5, would rent again!

Wonderful!

Carlos was very attentive each time we needed something. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. My family and I had a very comfortable 7 night stay. Carlos literally thinks of everything when it came to having his property fully prepared for us from seasonings for your food to the beach wagon and toys for the kids! We will definitely stay again.

Madeira Beach Therapy

After a long year, I was so looking forward to out visit to Madeira Beach with my family. Carlos provided us with a beautiful clean updated condo at the Yacht club. He was very responsive every step of the way. As we faced out first hurricane( downgraded to a tropical storm) he answered out questions and put our minds at ease. I highly recommend this condo. So tidy and cute!

We loved this cute little place for our family of five. It was very clean, provided everything we needed, the host was very easy to communicate with and it was in a great location! We had a discouraging setback during our stay, which was brought to the owners attention and he was very quick to respond and attentive to the matter. The issue was of no fault of his own, but he was quick to fix it and was accommodating throughout. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Carlos!

Perfect condo for your family vacation.

Carlos and his family met us on the day of check in. He is always checking in on how our trip is going. He had the wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler for when you go to the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The Winn Dixie, CVS, Dollar Tree is in walking distance. They have a splash pad, basketball, tennis court, park in walking distance as well. Super perfect with having children. He had towels and beach towels to borrow on your stay. It was the best condo we have stayed in. Very impresses.

The most relaxing vacation I've been in in a decade

This rental is going to be a family tradition for us if I have anything to say about it! The property is centrally located to everything without being right in the middle of the busy area. Almost everything is a walk or a bike ride away! (Rad beach cycle rental is awesome) the of the property is extremely helpful and informative and always eager to help. The rental itself is beautiful and perfect for families with children or a couples get away. We were able to fit 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably and we weren't tripping over each other. The complex has great amenities and the beach is just a short stroll away as well as several restaurants with cold drinks and live music. Can't say enough good things about this experience!

We loved it here.

We stayed her last week and I’m more than grateful for Carlos for being so accommodating. The property is gated and quiet its very safe. The shower might need an upgrade soon but the whole unit is very spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and they have everything you need there. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the condo, CVS and Winn Dixie are just few minutes wAlk. There’s also a fishing area on the property and beside the park that’s in front of the property. The unit really feels like a home away from home for us. We’ve been on the the different beaches every year for the past 7 year and so far this condo is our favorite. It’s very close to everything 15 minutes from St.Petersburg and Treasure Island, less than 30 minutes to Clearwater and 1hour 30 minutes drive to Disneyland.

Most enjoyable!!!

Our whole experience was top notch. The property was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and cozy. Friends stayed with us for a week and it went fine. We has a great time. The unit is in the Madeira Yacht Club which offers 2 heated pools, hot tub, sauna, work out room and a VERY nice pool room which we used every day. It was a short walk to the beach, grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar Store, numerous eateries and only 3 blocks to Smuggler’s Cove Mini Golf. It’s located in a safe, gated community. The owner Carlos was awesome! He was there to meet/greet us on our first day which we appreciated. He communicated regularly with us and and responded quickly to our questions. We had a memorable experience and definitely would go back. Thanks Carlos!

Great place to be

We have spent 12 days in Carlos beautiful place. When we arrived, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed to start our vacation (sugar, spices, coffee k-cup, dishwasher soap, etc…) In the closet, we found beach chairs, cart, sand toys for my 7-year old. The pool was beautiful and very clean. Many transats next to it. The beach is 5 minutes walk. A CVS and Dixie Wine are next to it also! We had a plombing issue but Carlos and his parents who live close, handled it very quickly. I have nothing to say, it was fix quickly even if it was the 4th of July weekend and it didn’t affect our stay at all. I will recommand Carlos’s place without hesitation. Very nice place to be Say hi to your parents :)

Crisp, refreshing, and convenient

The location of this property is walking distance from Archibald Park, which is beachfront. The accommodations and amenities were top notch, but it's the little things that aren't on the listing that really make this place a great stay. The Keurig was stocked with K cups. They have a wagon, umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. The washer and dryer with, and help keep you feeling good while you're there The beds are comfortable and like new. We were there with 5 kids (our newborn slept in the portacrib), and the sleeper sofa slept two, the second bedroom slept two, and we had the master. It worked out perfectly. The only drawback was that we had to park our Transit van outside the community thanks to an overzealous HOA man in a golf cart. This makes going in and out complicated because of the gates. But, if you have a normal sized car, this won't be a problem for you. Carlos is very communicative, and very nice to work with. You can tell he cares. 5 stars. Would visit again.

Wonderful stay

This property is located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, and recreational activities within walking distance. The condo complex is family oriented and peaceful. The unit itself has been renovated recently and the update is lovely. The unit is very clean with comfortable beds, and well equipped with everything we needed. Carlos initiated contact on a regular basis, checking in to see if he could be of assistance. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The perfect vacation

This place was perfect. Walking distance to groceries, food and the beach. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The pictures of the condo were very accurate and we felt right at home. It was perfect. Carlos was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy out stay. If we ever decide to vacation in Madeira Beach again we will definitely stay here. Thank you, Carlos!

Awesome place !

I rented the condo for my four little girls, and they absolutely loved it. The place is very spacious and clean. My girls especially loved the kitchen and the grill in the back as they had the space and equipment to whip up whatever they liked. The condo is also very close to the beach; it is only a five-minute walk! Most importantly, the condo owner is very friendly and quickly answered any questions or concerns. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to any large family. If my girls decide that they would like to return to Florida, I will surely rent this condo again. Thanks Carlos!

Great little condo for a family vacation!

My husband, my 4 kids, and myself stayed here for our 10 day vacation and we loved the location of this condo, and we loved that they had a couple beach chairs and wagon for our beach days!

My wife and I met in St. Pete and always wanted a place in the beach area. Prior to covid we traveled a lot. With covid we decided to get a place that is local where we can enjoy it with our family. Since we both work a lot we decided to rent it out when we are unable to enjoy it.

This property is very nice and comfortable for a family. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. If you do not enjoy cooking or like to eat out, there are restaurants/bars that are walking distance. Part of the complex is surrounded by water so you can enjoy a nice walk. There are decks located on the canal side of the complex where you can enjoy a cocktail or fish. The beaches are beautiful and are less than a ten minute walk. The complex has two heated pools. It has a beautiful park across the street. There are so many places that are walking distance which is very convenient like CVS, Winn Dixie, ice cream shops etc. We love this place and hope you will too.
