The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1986, was renovated in 2009, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture.

Barbariga. The holiday apartment is located on a 40 sqm enclosed garden plot. Close to the beach. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Washing machine. Television reception via satellite. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years.

allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping 50 m, restaurant 50 m, town centre 290 m. Pharmacy in Peroj 5 km. Pula: railway station 20 km and airport 25 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 300 m in Barbariga (beach 400 m in Barbariga with meadow, gravel, stones, rocks and sunbathing platforms). Sports facilities (beach volleyball) 500 m.
