Sublim et new apartment Place des Vosges

Sublime flat, refurbished, bright, elegant, modern and tastefully decorated, ideally located in the heart of Paris, in the famous "Marais" a few steps from the famous Place des Vosges.
A chic and lively area with many pedestrian streets giving access to trendy restaurants and bars, trendy shops or museums (Picasso)
My accommodation is ideal for a Parisian escapade rich in cultural, fashion or culinary discoveries, with family or friends

Flat of 57m2 on the 1st floor without lift which includes:

- A living room with a sofa bed
- 1 table and chairs
- Television, Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 1 bedroom with double bed and cupboards
- 1 separate toilet
- Bathroom with shower

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be as pleasant as possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

We have stayed in this lovely apartment twice; this time we rented for 5 weeks. The space is beautifully and thoughtfully designed; the bedroom is away from the street and has a thick sliding door which blocks street sounds; the management team is responsive and helpful. The location is convenient. We loved our 5 weeks living in this space. Thank you!

The Marais is wonderful (our 2nd time staying in the area) and this year we paid quite a bit more to have AC this year. We arrived and the AC wasn’t working. We figured it was a low power mode even though there was an icon lit up on both units. At 4:30am the next morning we were awoken with a loud alarm from one of the units. Multiple calls and emails were not returned until 11am. They sent one of their “agents” to fix it and he stated it needed to be looked at by a professional and he also mentioned it had the week prior but the fix was to shut off all the breakers in the unit which did not work. Multiple trips by their agent and the owner insisting it was fixed happened over the course of our 6 night stay during an intense heat wave. We never had AC and the owner offered a 300 euro discount for the entire trip which was not even close to the extra we paid compared to previous units without AC. The unit is very sparse (not even salt or pepper in the kitchen), lights didn’t work and the supplies were extremely limited. The location is wonderful but I would not rent this unit or from this company again.

Outstanding apartment

What a beautiful space to spend a week in Paris. The apartment is thoughtfully designed (bedroom is away from the street so quiet for sleep), the bed is comfortable with excellent bedding, the shower is a dream and even has a lighted niche for the quality products provided, and the living space is clean and modern so that it feels spacious. The wall of windows provides a flood of light. I cannot speak to the kitchen because who cooks in Paris?! The apartment is close to everything we needed and is a lovely walk to museums, etc. We cannot wait to rent this space on another visit to the city of light. Thank you, host!

AMAZING location!

This was a great apt in an incredible location. The apartment was clean and as listed. Communication with management was easy and they were very responsive. In fact, I felt that the pillows needed upgraded and they brought new pillows the following day. The location was the star though. Best shopping and dining literally steps away. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Great Location But With Problems

Our rental of the “studio prestige” apartment was the most infuriating experience we have had in our over 30 years of renting vacation houses and apartments in the US and Europe. First, we agree with the previous online reviews of the apartment: it is ideally located in Paris and it is very well constructed and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. However, the stay infuriated us because of simple oversights that marred the experience—the main oversight being that there are absolutely no written or online instructions available on how to use any of the equipment in the apartment. There was no local Paris VRBO person for us to contact to discuss/question the points/problems mentioned below. Thus, 1. There is no information on how to separate/dispose of trash, bottles and garbage, or where in the building to put these materials after the single bag in the kitchen is filled with all of these items. Nor were there any replacement garbage bags available in the apartment. 2. When either television is turned on the message on the screens is, “scan for channels”. How are renters expected to know how to do this? And what channels are going to be available? 3. The Daikon air conditioning units require unique knowledge to turn them on, to switch them from cooling to heating and vice versa, to adjust their fan speeds, etc. To understand how to operate the units we had to resort to determining the Daikon model numbers for the units and then go online to download the Daikon user manual

Great location

We loved our stay in Le Marais. The apartment was great, and the host was very responsive. The location was an easy walk to Notre Dame, the Bastille, the Picasso Museum and great shops and places to eat. Highly recommend!

Fabulous visit to Paris!

Highly recommend this apartment! The apartment was centrally located and we were able to get everywhere we wanted. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for my adult son and me. The agency was responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend. Be aware, air conditioning is available but not at night.

Seriously GREAT location. Everything worked as intended - the washing machine was a huge bonus. Beds were great, shower was excellent. Communication was good too, despite me only being able to speak English. The area was just fantastic - we felt quite safe and enjoyed a lot of shopping, dining and transportation options that were within easy walking distance. The best review of all is that we would stay here again and that’s saying a lot knowing all the options available in Paris!

Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful visit to Paris and very much enjoyed coming back to this lovely apartment. It is as pictured - perhaps even nicer as you can open the very big windows and enjoy the sounds of the street life below. The neighborhood is perfect - a mix of boutique shops, boulangerie's and charming restaurants. The Picasso museum is basically at your doorstep and it's about a 30-40 min walk to the Louvre and other points. If you want to see Paris in comfort and style - highly recommend you stay here.

Nice apartment in great location

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the apartment light & airy, the arrangement of rooms very convenient with all the necessary gear. We were glad to find a grocery & pharmacy nearby. Would stay here again.
