Magnificent apartment completely renovated. My accommodation combines modernity thanks to its equipment and decoration with Parisian charm. Located in the center of the Marais, a stone's throw from rue Vieille du Temple and rue des Rosiers, its shops, cafes and restaurants, Beaubourg
My Central and Elegant accommodation is Ideal for a getaway in the capital, with family, friends or for business

58 m2 apartment on the 1st floor with elevator which includes:

- Living room with sofa bed and double bed,
- 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine,)
- 2 Bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais, between rue Vieille du Temple and rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. You can stroll through the district to the Place de la Bastille, discover its typical streets, its tree-lined squares. In a few minutes you will discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, bars and trendy shops, the other popular and lively with its many bars and restaurants.
A real trip to the heart of Paris, the Hôtel de Ville with its exceptional architecture, the romantic Place des Vosges or the famous Picasso Museum.
Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Red Children which is located rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians.
You can taste the best falafels in Paris, located rue des Rosiers, like the As du Falafel.
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is unquestionably one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!

Hot water is so important…..

The water balloon (heater) had a glitch in it that took us 3 days to figure out. It would turn off sometime during the day and then in the morning, we’d have only a bit of hot water. 3 out of 6 days we did not have water for showers, which was quite discouraging. Management came over once, but I’m pretty sure they thought we didn’t know what we were talking about, since it was an erratic “short”. Johanna was great at getting back to us after we arrived and discovered no napkins or paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people, 6 nights. Kitchen was minimally stocked. The system for getting the key was a bit complicated and confusing, but Johanna walked us through it. Location was great!

Great location, fine apartment

Location is great. Easy train ride in from CDG and connection to Saint Paul station. Five minute walk to Saint Paul metro stop from apartment. Fast walk to grocery store for easy pickups, and bakeries. One of the few Paris flats with an elevator. Apartment was clean. Host accommodated a request for earlier check-in with 30-euro fee, which was reasonable. Communication was responsive. Water upon arrival was not hot. Host suggested we reset water heater, and voila, all was fine. Communication was a bit confusing at first, as emails came from Studio Prestige and through VRBO, leading me initially to be unsure if my email was hacked. Wasn’t the case, but did take some time to smooth out. Other than that, a great place to stay. Would return.

Oui oui, mes amies! Great Paririsan "home away from home"

Five women called this apartment "home" for week in Nov. 2023. It was perfectly situated, a terrific base for our explorations of the city. Depending on how much you like to walk, you can get to many of the most famous tourist sites (the Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay) easily on foot. If you prefer the metro, there are two stations within a few blocks as well as bike rentals. There's a lovely cafe next door with fantastic simple meals and excellent, friendly service. There are also many other bistros and restaurants nearby. If you're a shopper, there are no shortage of stores nearby from vintage to high-end fashion, to housewares, to art and jewelry. The beds were comfy, even the pullout sofa, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom situation wasn't quite as described when we booked our stay, but the updated info online now is correct: Guests have access to one full bathroom with a toilet and full shower. The large bedroom also has a glassed-in shower cubicle; you can't be modest about being seen while showering. (Make sure you turn on the water heater.) Communication with the owner was fairly simple and always friendly. The only glitch arose because, in addition to communicating through this site's messaging service, the owner also uses a different platform. That sometimes led to a little delay or confusion, but nothing that wasn't quickly resolved. We appreciated his help w booking airport transportation. I would happily return and stay here.

Family Trip to Paris

Property was great for four of us staying for a few nights in Paris. Excellent location, clean and spacious apartment, and hosts were very communicative. We would definitely stay again.

Site Limitations

The online information was not accurate. It said there were two bathrooms, but there was only one, with a toilet. One of the bedrooms had a shower and sink, but this did not have a toilet and the shower was out in the open. There was not enough toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days, we had to go out and purchase more on our own. Each of us had ony one large towel, not a hand towel, which would have been helpful. For the person who slept on the fold out couch, there was no place for their personal belongs or a place to put their bath towel. The kitchen had only one towel, which is not enough. The online description said there was a in room washer and dryer and there was not. All in all we made it work, but would not recommend this location to anyone.
