Welcome to Nantucket South, Mantoloking NJ. The tri states premier upscale beach destination. Mantoloking is a quaint New England-esque town with cedar shake homes and endless hydrangeas reminiscent of Nantucket. Enjoy the best of both worlds, with sunrises at private beach across the street and magnificent sunsets from your very own bay oasis.

Magical backyard experience awaits with magnificent flowers, hydrangeas, crepe myrtles and a beautiful Hampton’s style inground heated pool surrounded by lush green grass. Outstanding sunsets can be enjoyed from the hot tub with comfortable seating for 10.

Wonderful dock perfect for fishing and crabbing, or enjoy paddle boarding on the quiet early morning bay.

Great 70th birthday celebration

This is a beautifully located home with a very spacious and comfortable feel. The water views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with the owner! The house was impeccably clean, and beautiful, contemporary upgrades were made since the last stay. The pool was still warm, even on cooler October days. Overall, another great stay!

Exceptional home on the Metedeconk!

Our stay at Nantucket South was like going to a resort. The property has a great view of the Metedeconk River and is exquisitely landscaped. The heated saltwater pool was a a perfect temperature to go for a swim at any time of day, even in cooler weather. The inside of the house was immaculate with plenty of storage and closets. I can't say enough about the property owner, Jennifer, who was pleasant to deal with, very responsive, and compassionate to our situation. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the ocean and many great restaurants. Our family had a memorable stay, and we hope to be back!

Stunning home & location!

Our stay exceeded expectations! This is a spectacular home with lots of space for our 3 generations of family. It was a true coastal dream, beautifully decorated and landscaped throughout. Our teenage kids loved the pool, hammock, walking access to the beach and ping pong table. They also enjoyed the freedom to bike into town & visit the bakery, shops etc. My mother enjoyed relaxing on back deck watching all the boat activity on the bay and the beautiful sunsets. Many thanks to the property owner for making the whole rental process so seamless. Everything was well appointed & organized. There was little need to interact during our stay, which says a lot about all the prep before our arrival. We had a wonderful visit and it's my hope to come back every summer!
