One of the worst

Not that comfortable beds are super hard. The a/c thermostat super difficult to control. Over all would not recommend this place at all. SORRY

We are sorry that you feel that way. The beds have new memory foam mattresses pirchased last year. And the thermostat is a Nest thermostat. Very easy to use. Video with instructions was provided. Unfortunately the traveler did not have a very good communication with us during the stay.

My Experience

The home was clean. My experience was not the very best. Customer Service and patience is not there. I feel the transaction is more important and on to the next opportunity. I recommend slowing down to give quality experiences to the customer.

This was a very short one night stay. If there was anything that was not satisfying to the traveler, we wished they said something during their stay. It would have been addressed immediately. We respond immediately as possible to any concerns or questions. We are doing everything we can to make the stays into our properties excellent for our guests.

Nice house for a family of 4

Excellent location, nice house and great condo with gym, sauna, pool and tennis court.

Wonderful remodel

No complaints with property, very clean and updated. Only complaint would be local area, almost no food delivery and very few nice restaurants. Had to drive very far out of the way for good meals. However, unit was great and not their fault we are picky eaters.

Thanks for staying with us. Not sure why they say there are no restaurants close by, when Millenia Mall is literally 2 minutes away from the property, with tens of restaurants in the area all around the Mall. Plus, close by, 10-15 minutes away , you can go to Downtown Orlando, Disney Springs or Universal. That's a ton of restaurants in a 10-15 minutes radius distance.
