Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds: Queen/Extra-Long Twin & Twin/Twin. A 6 person kitchen table, along with 4 stools at the large island, affords plenty of room for eating, games, and puzzles. Private balcony holds a 6 person table for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sounds of the ocean.
3 smart TVs (living room TV also has cable) and high speed WiFi Internet. Coded keypad for keyless entry. Less than a 2 minute walk from the door to the sand.

Linens are included. (i.e. - sheets/pillowcases, bath towels & washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels & rags.) The linens will be in a bag at the front door upon arrival. Also, beds have pillows, blankets, and comforters.
Rents Sunday to Sunday prime season (prime season runs from approx. the second week in June thru the second week in August).

Colony by the Sea is a family-friendly complex with a quiet beach. It is conveniently situated in the middle of the island - 15 mins from both Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Pool, hot tub, charcoal grills, picnic area, and elevators are all on-site for guest use.
