Welcome to Lucky Louie Beach house a short 10 minute walk from the emerald waters of the gulf. Your vacation will start the minute you walk through this well appointed home located in this welcoming and quiet neighborhood. Use the two complimentary beach cruisers to explore the many shops along 30A or grab the complimentary beach cart, chairs and umbrella to watch the waves roll in on the beach. Our newly renovated and furnished 4 bedroom house is perfect for family getaways to make new memories on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach!

A delightful stay along 30A

We so enjoyed staying at Lucky Louie’s! The house was exactly as pictured in the listing. Check in was a breeze and we were able to get settled in quickly. The beds, pillows, and linens were comfortable and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Laundry room even had laundry detergent, which was a big help! Everyone had plenty of space to stretch out and the wifi was strong enough to take a few zoom calls for work. The house was in a great location. Just a short walk to the community pool and about a mile to the beach. There is a great new restaurant at the end of the street, Mimmos, which we really enjoyed! It was just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay at Lucky Louie’s and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable home in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach

We had a fabulous stay at this upscale home. It was fresh and clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, two complementary bikes were provided (my girls had a blast using them), and an assortment of beach items (umbrella, chairs, beach cart, sand toys) were also provided. It was super helpful to have access to the garage for storing sandy beach items. Dean’s communication was fabulous. He answered all questions promptly and quickly remedied a missing wine opener. It was easy to see the owners care greatly about guests having a top notch experience. You can see it not only in their communication but also in their choice of high quality appliances (including an exceptional washer & dryer), cookware, etc. The covered back porch area with lighting and table & chairs was great for family game nights…even when we had a little rain. We loved having a couple of games provided for our use. We also loved that the neighborhood pool was just a few houses up the road. The beach is a bit of a walk (0.65 mile according to my watch) but the bikes and beach cart made the short trek much easier and there is a trail and sidewalks the whole way. We also had luck with parking by the beach a couple of times. The Blue Mountain Beach area can’t be beat. It’s quaint and not as commercial feeling as Destin. There are several great restaurants within easy walking distance of the home and the Blue Mountain Creamery is a must! Overall our vacation was 10/10! I highly recommend giving this home a try if you’re looking for a new, upscale, clean, comfortable vacation home in the Blue Mountain Beach area.

This property is located centrally along the 30A, a short drive from Grayton Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach which all provide wonderful shopping and eating out. If you don't feel like venturing out, the house is a quick 10 minute walk from the beach. When you are done relaxing under the sun, stop at Blue Mountain Creamery for a ice cream on your walk back.
